Champions League Round of 16 (14th Feb - 15th Mar)

Why did they play on for so long, VAR is such a ridiculous addition to football

Sterling offside, has his shot saved by the goalkeeper, Havertz scores a worldie on the follow-up, and then the flag goes up.    You can't make this up.

Surely Dortmund can’t keep this up.

Sterling is a shit footballer and always has been. Pep made him look decent.

Southgate is a moron for picking him ahead of Rashford.

I said it at the beginning of the season and I'll say it again, Sterling is so overrated.

Twice offside when he doesn't need to be and twice can't finish.

City really is a rising tide lifting all boats.

He only knew how to finish when City created him tap ins on the back post. He excelled at finding that space though and scored a lot, but his shooting was always shocking for a top player.

That lino is a cnut  haha

Someone will be injured one day playing on after an obviously offside position not yet called by the linesman

The measure of a player: how well they do in a team not being managed well

Also, the City paradox: a magical system that elevates the level of all players, created by an overrated manager

Potter about to take his coat off and put himself up top.

Sterling has none of the skill and all of the luck

That's the luckiest goal I've seen from Sterling.

Dortmund players falling to ground like the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan

Good goal after the fluffed shot. Dortmund are a bit shite

Havertz playing the best game I’ve seen from him in a long time. And that is such a Sterling goal ha!
