If Ranieri plays the diamond as he did on Wed (and earlier this season vs Arsenal) then I predict Cole will start. If it's more straightforward 442 it'll be Gronkjaer. Johnson has been left out for the last two games - either rested or giving Melchot a run.

I think we'll play with three deep lying midfielders to combat the early threat a la at Anfield. Put on No 7 if we need some divine inspiration later on. It will be a battle, and we have to treat it as such.

I reckon he'll go for a 4-4-2, he'll want to shore up midfield, he's already commented about the danger of Makalelle, so perhaps Butty in CM with Kean. I reckon Fortune will be a stronge defensive left winger.

Giggs will be all over the park, so good cover is essential, something Diego is good at, as is Phil.
