He wasn't attacking, nor were the team, just trying to retain possesion up to half time

I'd like us to come out storming for the 1st 10 minutes and go for the jugular. If we can get an early 2nd goal, I can see this Chavski team collapsing.
 
There's not a minute in this time of the season where I don't feel sick. I literally can't take it. My heart is going a mile a minute, I'm sat here with no nails (one of my fingers is literally bleeding) and I swear every time they complete a pass.

Football. fecking hell.
 
We've been brilliant most of the second half, hope we keep this up!!! Cracking goal from Rooney and Fletcher has done well, driving a lot of moves. Just have to watch out for Lampard fizzing set pieces into the box and corners.

More of that please.

Away from home we're very conservative for the past few seasons, this is the most attacking side we've played against a top club in a long long time.

I think the decision to retire has contributed to his great form. Dont forget how his wife was very close to dying. He belongs with his family now after a long and outstanding career. He wants to end on a high, love him.

You rarely retain possession by passing to the keeper, most often the keep just boots it upfield and with the squad of short players we have upfront, there is no gurantee that we will get the ball back. What Carrick did was pass the buck, did not want to be held responsible and nearly became a cluster feck.
 
Disallowed goal! WTF! As far as I could see, the whistle was blown everybody stopped playing except some rent boy who after about 5 seconds decided to kick the ball in the back of the net. That's actually a bookable offence!
 
we need to defend well in the first minutes now.

It looks like we are playing 4-4-1-1, so we need Rooney to stay back and defend from the top. Hernandez to score
 
Who is the twit who's co-commentating? He makes Mike Summerbee sound like a neutral.
 
We started of really bad and then settled in around the 15th minute. We have done well since then except for that scare in the 40th minute set piece. The possession in the first half has been 56% United and 44% Chelsea.
