Chelsea vs. Manchester United

Bench:Kuszczak, Berbatov, Smalling, Nani, Gibson, Scholes, Evans

Don't understand Nani and Scholes out.

Nani didn't look fit when he came on at the weekend. But no doubt someone will claim he's fallen out with Fergie.

Park will be on the left surely. They'll have identified Bosingwa and Ramires as being an attacking threat down the right. Park links up well with Evra on the left, better than Rooney does. Rooney links up really well with Hernandez but he cant do that if he's stuck out wide. He'll surely just be asked to play a little deeper than usual to provide the link between midfield and attack.

Nervous about tonight.

We don't have the best of records at Stamford Bridge.

Get the away goal and keep it solid in defence.

That midfield could be very hit and miss. Fingers crossed Carrick's on his game.

Expecting it to be something like this :

Can't say I'm too thrilled about Giggs and Carrick. Isn't Ando fit.

Why is Gibson on the bench instead of Anderson? Unless he's injured

Don't understand Nani and Scholes out. Nani has been our best player this season.

Chelsea's substitutions in the league game were a big reason they beat us and managed to turn the game around, let's hope ours can do just as well tonight. A fresh Nani will be a big threat against tired legs.

I remember people complaining about a Giggs and Fletcher CM against Chelsea previously...we won 3-0 and Giggs was MOTM. HTH.

Giggs has been rather poor off late and could get dominated in the middle. Hope Park plays in the centre with him and Carrick.

Bit surprised by our line-up, namely Scholes et Nani.

Did anyone bet on Carrick & Giggs in the middle of the park?

Anyway, let's do 'em - c'mon, United !!

The last time Giggs played in the middle against Chelsea, he was out of this world!

I think SAF is playing the same trick he did a few years ago by deploying Giggsy's speed and trickery to just cut through their midfield. Park will definitely float into the middle and help out though, hopefully he's back in form and will be all over the pitch. Rooney is going to drop back deeper as well I think and spread the play, like he did against Marseille at OT.

Am I the only one not too nervous about this match? I was far more nervy for the West Ham and loads of other PL games recently.

No Nani?

Valencia has played well but no way does he deserve the right wing ahead of Nani...

Worrying line up, but I'm optimistic.

Got MOTM at Ham with his left back stint.

But I am surprised Scholes is not playing.

Match-fitness. Although, then you could wonder why Rio is starting infront of the inform Smalling.

Thats my thinking as well. I'm actually quite worried Rio is starting. As great a defender as he is, he has had little game time this season and Smalling has been on form so just hoping it doesn't show. I trust Ferguson knows how good Rio is doing and believes he is ready but there is a doubt in the back of my mind his lack of games will show.

Park and Valencia are very good defensively as well as in attack, we should cause them trouble with our width, I'm feeling more confident now. Hope Nani gets on in the second half against a tiring set of chavs.
