Horrified
Evans at... right back?
Evans at... right back?
Hopefully Rooney will be back for this, Danny on the left, Valencia on the right, Carrick, Giggs and Park in midfield.

Nani
Rooney
Welbeck
SUBS: Amos, Fabio, Evans, Scholes, Young, Berbatov, Hernandez.
Chelsea are not the force they used to be. But I think Fergie wont be underestimating them. Chelsea will be tight at the back and will play a patient game I think. We should play with 5 in midfield if Rooney is fit to play.

Have to agree there, but Rio experience counts for so much...
So you don't agree?
Rio should start if fully fit. He's still class. I'd go for 3 in midfield to start and if chances aren't being created then change it to 4-4-2 with Rooney or Welbeck coming on.
I'd drop Rio and put Smalling and Evans in the centre . Evans is undroppable atm and Smalling oozes class at centre back.
Reckon Torres'll score.
2-1 to us though.
Who's the ref for this one? Hopefully not Martin Atkinson, obviously.
Rooney is never good when coming back from injury. Obviously both him and Nani should play tho, they need some game time.
Howard Webb is the referee.
Any idea of who will replace cole at left back. With Valencia in great form even cole would have struggled. Chelsea dont seem to have a backup lb so whoever they pick could be a decisive factor in this game.
Candidates are, Bosingwa, Luiz and Bertrand.
Howard Webb is the referee.
Chelsea are not the force they used to be.
So basically, everyone's at least in some kind of agreement of:
de Gea > Amos
Rafael > Smalling or Evans
Giggs > Scholes
Rooney > Berbatov
Welbeck > Hernández
I can see Park keeping his place over Nani, but I wouldn't be bothered if Nani started either. I'm sure one will play 60~ and one will play 30~ (or Young could be in that mix too, but I think after injuries it might be better to bring them back in against Norwich instead). Ferdinand, Evans/Smalling, Carrick, and Valencia keep their places. Jones is another possible starter, but I'd bench him if fit too. Or we could play a 3-man midfield, Jones or Scholes would start over Welbeck or Rooney (if he's not fit).
Is terry gonna recover??
