Scholes? no difference.....we'll still do the same.

Dismal performance all round. Jose and chelski can't wait for Sunday i bet.

No we won't. Scholes is the reason why our midfield gets the ball and passes it on to the left/right despite our midfield not functioning very well. He's the one who string passes together and always ready and available to get the ball from our defence (thats why i hate it because it means he's playing too deep!) and also our forward players when they didn't have space to proceed on with their attacks.
Whichever player who wants to pass it on feels confident enough to pass it to Scholes whereas today without him on the pitch, no one is confident of their passing and they seems to have doubts in their head like whether or not the player they pass to will feck it up and lost possession straight away. Today's hoofings of the ball are extreme.

TBH Scholes hasn´t exactly been on fire as of late! He was horrible like so many others on saturday and i doubt he would have mady any difference tonight.

I don't disagree that he hasn't been on fire lately and along with the entire team, he played badly against Boro but Sat's midfield play was better than today's. Actually it was much much better than today's in terms of connections from defence to midfield and from midfield to our left sided and right sided players.

The problems are we aren't playing that now. Even Ronaldo comes in to the middle more often than us seeing him on that corner area and same thing when Giggs play in recent times. More middle than flanks. IMO, the only player who really covers the flanks and only just occasionally gets to the middle is Park but think it will be changed soon.

They are cming inside because they are told to do so.

When he comes inside we are narrow, for 10 years we destroyed teams on the flanks, go with our strengths

That's right! They are told to do so! Of course they are told to do so - That was why i said Park's game gonna change soon - which also means we don't play like how we did in that 10 years where we destroyed teams with traditional wingers. Since we don't play like how we did and playing like how we are now (more middle than flanks from our 'wingers'), i suggested playing Scholes in the attacking midfield/second striker slot and Rooney on the right so we can make full use of both players' abilities on the pitch and not making full use of one's abilities the best way but not fulfiling the other's. It will not be too narrow if Rooney remains on the right side of midfield, even when drifting to the middle, remain more on the right side of midfield and of course, Ronaldo to play the traditional winger role (don't drift to the middle that much). Pretty sure these 2 Scholes and Rooney knows when not to get into each other way because like i'd said they are the two cleverest United players we got and both have excellent visions too.

Only just finished watching it now, that was a disappointing game.
