Giggs, Hargreaves, no Tevez.... I suppose Fergie's playing it safe in the away leg. No one should be surprised.

But it seems odd considering Lyon's defence is considered the weakest part of their team. I'd like us to go for a couple of away goals.

Agree 100%. But maybe the plan is to keep it tight for an hour and bring on the cavalry in the second-half, once we've got the measure of them?

If we are playing badly then taking Anderson off and keeping Scholes on is logical. If anyone is capable of a moment of magic to turn the game around it would be Scholes...... experience and all that.
