Was looking for a thread to put this clip but couldn't find anything, then figured it would be nice to have a thread of clips of the great man talking.

What better way to start than Fergie taking the piss out of Liverpool.

I think we as a club have been truly blessed with 2 great managers( Sir Matt and Sir Alex) who stayed for a long time and cultivated an identity. I think that's part of the reason why both us (the fans) and the club have found it difficult to move on. It happened when Sir Matt retired and it is happening now after Sir Alex performed. The boneheaded appointements by the higher ups don't help either.

Oh lord! That sunglasses, that horrible white suits, that arrogance! :lol:

I truly believe that the reason they lost is because of that white suits, it got into the United players head and significantly improved their determination to bury them.

It's annoying he wasn't 10 years younger, I bet he'd love to have a crack at Pep, i'd wager he'd overcome him in the end also.

Wish the current set up at United banned journos or at least came out and said what Fergie had to say at the end of that video.
The amount of twisting of words and taking quotes out of context is disturbing.

Great clips these....I”ve seen all of them before but it’s always a pleasure to hear the great man talk...

Like two magnets put together. The midfield and the two centre forwards got marked out of the game by each other. Always intrigued me how the Wednesday night replay would have went, had it stayed at 0-0. Would have been way more open, but we never got the better of them in the previous two league games.
 
What an outstanding thread, the man was a hero, legend, mastermind and could go on.
 
This is what we tell the plastics when they cry about Jose not bending over for every journo.

He is far more tolerant than SAF was which I think is a mistake. Thing is I don’t think he will get the backing in this day and age with the social media aspect to ban the serial offenders in the press.
