Pretty much, he was barely involved.
While it was indeed a limited performance I still think he deserves pretty high marks. The key difference between tonight and his performances in, let's say, the clásico earlier this season or the CL final v Atléti last season is that the team wasn't carrying him this time -- in fact the opposite. He was one of few RM players actually fighting for it (together with Isco and Coentrão), in my opinion. Not to mention the goals were crucial compared to those two games I used as example.

Really? I must've been watching a different game. He seemed very angry today, very fired up. Tried to assist rather than shoot from retarded angles and even tried a couple of slide rule passes (they didn't come off though). He was a lot more involved than he has been recently. Bale was anonymous.
