Not the point though is it, you said Ronaldo had fewer chances to score...
Ronaldo has had fewer chances created for him by his team mates.
ronaldo is well ahead of him on shots taken, absolutely absurd to say martial gets more chances per shot than Ronaldo. Ronaldo takes more shots than nearly anyone else in the world
That has everything to do with how good Ronaldo is at finding the space or timing his run to shoot.

Thats rubbish, you think Ronaldo magically created 70+ chances out of nothing?

His first Juve goals here,
Put clean through by a pass vs Sampdoria.
Peno vs Roma. Crossed right on his head vs Roma.
Put clean through vs Spezia... Peno vs Spezia.
Tap in vs Lazio from a great pullback...
6 goals 4 set up by team mates and 2 penos (which he may have won himself I dunno.)

no Jesus Christ, your argument is insane that martial gets more chances. It’s so blatantly wrong I don’t even know how you even begin to come up with that. Like come on man, you’re just being insane

exactly cal is going off the deep end here. Ronaldo is a poacher he’s not picking up the all in the middle of the pitch and creating everything by himself. Hell his teammate Dybala was serie A mvp last season

I never said he created everything himself.

Yeah, I mean I love Ronaldo, he's an amazing player and still is despite his age but to say "Ah he creates most things himself" is pure rubbish, he still pulls off the occasional magic from 25 yards are cutting in from the wing, but he's 90% an in the box player these days and relying on his team mates and thats fine. He's CR7 and he's playing to his strength's, he even stole a goal from Morata in that video which was funny.

The media and the reactionary commentators should know better than not to rile up this dude

Well having failed the CL, maybe he is not going to win the league this season too, but he is surely going to score alot of goals.

....and he scored a hattrick in the first half, 30th goal this season.

GOAT doing GOAT things.

People stay doubting the greatest player to ever walk this earth:wenger::lol:

Good thing this Ronaldo didn't turn up vs Porto.

He needs balls in decent positions where he can work his magic. Difference today is of course, it's a lower stake game and a lower end team than Porto, but he's getting served. When Juve can get decent balls to him the end result is always the same. When they don't, he disappears, specially against low block teams.

I don't see that as a downside to his game at this kind of age. There was once a time in which he created attacking plays all by himself to serve others.

Juve is dog water but he’s still banging in 40 goals a season. In a Bayern or Man City he would be getting golden boots at 36 years of age. Mental.

Scoring a hat trick against 17th placed Cagliari is why they brought him in

The team is shite, still the best striker in the world in a Half decent team. Juve are just shite.

He just put in 3 goals today because Godin is on the pitch. Seeing his face probably just reminded him of when he demolished Atlético in 2018 with another 3 goals in the CL knockout stages... With a Juve shirt no less. ;)

Atleast they went from making the CL finals and comfortably winning the League to... Struggling to win the league. They should have spent in other positions in the team. Ronaldo needs a better team around him.

This also goes down to the fact they sacked allegri for no reason to get sarri who was always an average coach to then getting pirlo for god knows what reason. They shit the bed.

Ronaldo has done what he’s always done. Produced.

His current level is actually superior to his last 2 years at Madrid. Just begs to wonder what he & Madrid could've achieved further if he remained.

I wound not be against him returning to Madrid and winning another CL.

Just stat padding now
3 goals to win the game = stat padding :lol::lol::lol:

3-1 so they needed 2 goals to win the game.

I don’t think anyone here knows what stat padding means.

He must lead the record in most headed goals.

Swap Ronaldo into Bayern he scores the same if not more because naturally he’s a better player.

No, he would not.

Ronaldo was indeed was a better player at his peak than Lewandowski, but also realize that Lewandowski is currently a better striker than Ronaldo, its not all about the team you play for.

He is very good still, but no, current Ronaldo is not better than 17/18 Ronaldo.

If I was a Juventus fan, you're the type of fan I'd hate to follow my club. I get you love Ronaldo but you've made it your duty to shit on this Juventus team at every opportunity to make your golden boy look better. You've done this pretty much through his whole time there.

To be fair, CR7 with Juve is doing exactly the same he did with Madrid. Dissapearing on most CL important matches and randomly scoring 4 or 5 against teams that his team would have beaten anyway.

If Juventus's board and fans expected CR7 to bring them to the next level, they failed to do their proper research. Madrid's CR7 was a sum of its parts, and it was Modric, Bale and Ramos that had the most impact on most of their CL wins.

Yes, CR7 is a world class striker, he wil finish his chances, but he's still completely dependant on what his team does and the chances they create. He will score 7 against a team if he gets 9 chances, thats how clinical he is. He wont change the course of a game by himself though.

Juve's mistake has been to not build the rest of the team and give Ronaldo the support he needs to win the CL. Though it's possible their budgets are a bit strained after everything they put into the Ronaldo package.

Hopefully Florentino will put both parties (Ronaldo and Juventus) out of their respective miseries without too much drama. A divorce is almost never an happy divorce, but it could well be amicable, and three years are enough.

Yes, CR7 is a "cherry on top" kind of player. You dont start the cake by placing a cherry on a plate. CR7 is a luxury, but you dont bring a luxury to win competitions.

Maradona, Pele, Messi and other great players ARE the cake.

They’re better than the teams they’ve gone out to (minus Ajax). Hat trick against fishermen doesn’t cut it. He and Juventus need to part ways, they’ve gone backward with him in the team which isn't his fault but it plays a part.

Im sure more fans love him than want him out but I hear Juventus fans at work constantly complain about how the signing has made them worse despite his goals

This is ridiculous and you know it.

We are talking about the guy with by far the most goals in CL knockouts, if he is a bottler, then who isnt?

Pick a better starting argument.
Next.
