Crystal Palace Vs Manchester United - 05/03/05

Why, God, why? Why couldn't you let us win this match that was there for the taking for the whole 90 minutes. Tales of the unexplained, indeed.

feck sake... always... we have no fecking guts....

just like how this season has been... we feck up on easy games...

we have no chance of winning playing like this... no sign of champions

SAF fecking underestimated them... should have put in rooney from the beginnig and rest him once we r in front... to play ruud and smith up front is stupid... they have been both out on injury for a long time...

After watching the Portsmouth match I hope Ferguson realises that the bottom clubs will be giving everyone a hard time. So we can't think this will be a walk in the park if you know what I mean.
Plus that AJ is proving to be a diver.

I am sorry that I created the thread early thought I comment on the match.

What did I say.

The line up wasn't that impressive.

2 pts ahead of the gonners
but 5 pts behind the russians + they have 2 games on hand!!!

Like i said.No point in talking about the Rentboys lack of repect for Norwich and how they are talking up winning the PL when we are doing exactly the same ourselves. We got what we deserved.

crap, 2 costly points dropped, we just handed the title to the rent boys and let the gooners close gap on us, I am pissed off.

Well, there is a bright side........

Tim blocked the three shots on goal :)

Does any think the Subbing was played a bit backwards.......

I know this is hind-sight, but the obvious way to play it.

Play the powerhouse striking team first, THEN field 6 defenders???????????????

*(I don't care what anyone says....P Nev and O'Shea are defenders. They might have done ok once or twice in the midfield, but that doesn't change what they've been, over night)

It's a disappointing result, but then again, it's a gamble SAF had to take. We need to remember that we have a crucial game against AC Milan on Tues. Look at the big picture, guys. Even if we field our strongest against Palace, and win it, we take the risk of injuring Rooney, Scholesy and Ronaldo for the big game. It is not worth doing it given the fact that we only have a small chance of catching Chelski for the title anyway. CL qualification is a much bigger stake than the slim chance of capturing the EPL title.
