CSKA Moscow vs. Manchester United

Because, like our previous away European game, it often results in a God awful, boring game of football.

These arent up to much, why not just kill them rather than doing great work down both wings then having just Berbatov in the box.

Because if we didn't have O'Shea in there Dzagoev would've had much more time on the ball and he's their playmaker, and they'd look a lot more 'up to it' if that was the case.

I reckon if we weren't playing three in the middle we'd have been in trouble.

You should never really be expecting to win by more than one goal in a European away game regardless of the formation, and we were very close to getting that first goal.

Decent match so far. To be honest with this team i'd be happy to take a draw, and it looks like CSKA might feel the same, although being at home they might up the tempo in the later stages.

I think if Fergie feels he can take this he will bring on a second striker, berbatov looks lost up front on his own.

Er. When?

No one is playing particularly poor imo, but we're not set up in a way that's going to make for an interesting match of football.

That said, I've been very happy with Nani and O'Shea so far.

Nani and Fabio has the beating of CSKA's RB but Nani's not really taking advantage of that. If it had been Ronaldo, he'd sized it up and get at him directly and drive at pace into the box. Nani looks to be trying to tease the guy instead. Valencia would've been perfect to do that.

Anderson seems lost in the supporting striker/ CAM role. He's always looked lost whenever he's played that role.

He played there against Arsenal in the FA Cup and Villareal, to name just two of the many games, and was one of the best players on the pitch in both games.

'Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has given short shrift to questioning about the FA charge he faces for criticising referee Alan Wiley's fitness.

...

But the 67-year-old was in no mood to answer questions on the subject and cut the conference short when it was raised.

"Silly question gets no answer," he said. "I'm not answering it."

Another reporter replied that "It's not a silly question", Ferguson then got up and left the room, saying only "Good night" as he stormed out.'

Nani, neither shot nor cross

It was a tap in if one of our other players had the mentality to run up on to the keeper. Nani did what Giggs would have done in that situation.

Rubbish dive from Berba

Bollocks decision.

Might've been a harsh penalty but it was a foul.

Clipped his right foot.

Shit I didn't realise it was early!!!! WHat channel is it on? ie ITV or stream?
