I would think that Rafael, Fabio, and Anderson speak at least a fair bit of Spanish. Every Brazilian I've known has spoken Spanish fluently. However, I don't know how much education may have played into it or how good of an education young footballers in Brazil get. Regardless, I believe there are enough similarities with Portuguese and Spanish, that they'd all speak at least some Spanish. I've heard that if you speak one, it's fairly easy to learn the other. I know that my wife (native Spanish speaker) can usually get the gist of what people are talking about in both Portuguese and Italian because of the similarities. So Nani may be able to communicate well with him also.
Probably needs to learn Scottish, as well, if he hopes to understand the Boss.
