David Moyes | West Ham in talks with him for managerial job

My favourite quote from dithering Dave last night was "how I am used to winning" after the last three years of abject failure you would think he would have a handle on it now wouldn't you?

Jesus H fecking Christ, has the ginger horror clown injected two kilos of ketamine into his nuts. What the absolute feck is the blithering idiot talking about.
:lol::lol::lol:

He somehow manages to combine being a complete and utter loser and yet also come across as incredibly smug and arrogant.

It's actually impressive.

You'd think he's Mourinho, Guardiola or Ancelotti the way he talks about being used to winning when his average finish in the Premier League is bog average midtable.

He's like a more delusional Charlie Sheen.

If ever a face deserved a slap.....

"There is nobody who wants to win more than me. I am used to winning, I'm not used to losing and I don't want to get used to it either." bbc

The collection of quotes is starting to become a comedy goldmine. Even if what he says there is grossly inaccurate, that sort of talk would have served him better at the beginning of the season when he basically said his team was shite.

Given his quotes, it really feels as if the constant failures have resulted in him forming some sort of an alternate reality for himself in his mind. It's really incredible the way he talks given how shit he's been for a long time now and how average he was before it.

"I am used to winning, I'm not used to losing and I don't want to get used to it either"

Must be deadly at FIFA

They're gone, good riddance. Never liked Sunderland, for me theyve been the turd that won't flush for a few years now and are just such a bland team. Bland players, bland kit, bland football, extremely bland manager now.

About time Moyesy had a relegation on his CV.

And we sent all our bland players there.

WTF?
When exactly in his career was he winning to get used to it? He is beyond parody now.

I'm convinced we had some iffy business going on at the time he was hired at Utd.

Btw, why was he charged?

I don't think so. Fergie is very pro Glaswegian, pro Scottish and pro British. Moyes was totally his recommendation.

I think he underestimated how good he was too.

Fergie probably thought Moyes would be a steady hand and we'd carry on from where he left us, not realising that Fergie's genius was why we were so dominant.

Is this what he was charged for? If not, he should be--complete misuse of the word "winning."

If he takes Sunderland down again in back to back relegations, they should definitely stick with him. His time at Preston shows he can boss League One.

tbh, I don't see what this 'so called' threat to slap the woman has anything to do with the FA.

If there is any of his actions bringing the game into disrepute, it's his embarrassing attempt at football management.

Really, got any more info?

He said that after last nights game that Moyes said that his team had played well. Jim said 'But they didn't !' He then made the comment about him being deluded. It was a bit of a throwaway comment rather than a medical diagnosis I think :)

Bland city too. Sunderland is a hole.

How the hell did Moyes get the gig here ? Still makes my blood boil thinking about it that we went for him...

Pulls must have just as good a cv as Moyes in relative terms in the PL. What had he ever done apart from being born north of Carlisle to even come under scrutiny for the United job ?

Always all about him

You have indeed. And you’re actually better at losing than winning.
