UEFA should have gotten 22 teams at least. European teams make for the best games. Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic should be in World Cups.
It makes qualification trivial for a ton of countries. There is no way Brazil and Argentina are finishing 8th in qualifiers. Same can be said for US, Mexico and Costa Rica, Japan, Korea, Australia. Thanks for the information
Look like nz will be a feature for most of future World Cup?
Yes utterly stupid wayI think it’s confirmed that it will be groups of three. Utterly bonkers IMO.

What?4 minutes of injury time? After VAR, this should be the next phase of the evolution. Consistent time-keeping.

Frankly don’t need 8 teams from AsiaWales and Italy to that list too. There's a good 6 or so European teams that didn't qualify that would've been better than most of the Asian teams.
Denmark and Poland is competing in this WC.
Wrong thread mate. Also Denmark and Poland are in it. Sweden beat the Netherlands and Italy to qualify.UEFA should have gotten 22 teams at least. European teams make for the best games. Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and the Czech Republic should be in World Cups.
Italy are shit. What gives them the right to be in the World Cup ahead of an Asian team ? Same with HollandWales and Italy to that list too. There's a good 6 or so European teams that didn't qualify that would've been better than most of the Asian teams.
Huge problem in modern football. And people falling to the ground for no apparent reason, just because they can and because it's clever. Example yesterday; Lichsteiner gets a little slap - goes to the ground in agony. Would he do the same if it happened outside of a football field or if they were losing? Of course not. Players are on the ground for 45 seconds - 2 minutes all the time. Every game. The referee, who's supposed to stop the game only because of head injuries, stops because the players ask him to.

Italy and Netherlands are both garbage, they would stand no chance in this WC.Italy are shit. What gives them the right to be in the World Cup ahead of an Asian team ? Same with Holland

Sweden beat both Netherlands and Italy to qualify, so they definitely deserve to be in it ahead of Italy or Netherlands based on merit. If either of those teams faced Korea or Saudi, they'd win 9 times out of ten. They're not as strong as they usually are but they're not that bad.
The world cup though isn't about just the best teams, it's about inclusion from every region so it's just the way it is.
9 times out of 10 are stats based on nothingIf either of those teams faced Korea or Saudi, they'd win 9 times out of ten. They're not as strong as they usually are but they're not that bad.

FIFA coefficient/rankings, I believe. Please let us keep Germany out 0-0.
Final table:
Sweden 5p
Mexico 5p
Germany 4p
Korea 1p
What happens if two teams end up on same points, and goals for/against?
Head to head record, if they drew then fair play points. Yellow cards and red cards give negative points. Please let us keep Germany out 0-0.

Calm down. We're not that bad9 times out of 10 are stats based on nothing
Saudis are terrible so you would be right but I see nothing in Italy that makes me think they would better consistently Korea. They really are that bad
