Day 5: Sweden vs South Korea, Belgium vs Panama and Tunisia vs England (19H00)

Very strange how subdued Kane seems. The rest of the team are running like crazy, while he seems happy being away from the action.

How did you feel about all the gushing over Brazil? Or the excitement over Mexico?

If rivalry in football disappeared, there'd be nothing left. I don't want to hear emotionless robots and neither do the viewing public on the whole. If they did, focus groups would have changed things ages ago.
Well how the hell do you explain Mark Lawrenson then .

Did you not say you dislike the commentary? Or those people don't. It's stupid to just keep it in if you dislike it.
I'm just saying i can see why non English fans who fund these channels get annoyed at overly skewed commentary.
England keep the ball and they're Barcelona, Tunisia kept the ball for the full 5 minutes of the second half and they talk about everything bar the game.
Its like having to watch game on Liverpool TV as a non Liverpool fan. That's all.

England look far better than they have at any tournament in a long time. Same again with better finishing and they'll be fine

To be quite truthful with you, I think this game is kind of inconclusive because of Tunisian naivety and I haven't seen anything close to impressive in this English squad. I'd only venture to say it's better than the awful 2010's team and that's it.

What is Southgate waiting for? Bring in the changes. Belgium won for fecks sakes.

Poor from England second half.

Wasn't Dele Alli supposed to have been subbed 40 minutes ago?

I agree.

But that didn't colour their opinions on how the games went.
Nobody would gush over Mexico if it were England they beat!

It's the opposite with this team. Good attackers, bad defence and midfield.
Where are the good attackers? Kane as a finisher sure but no creativity when creating. You'll often see Maguire trying to open up space. Lingard and Sterling are decent players but mostly because of their movement they need good passers feeding them the balls.

Henderson works well for Liverpool because their attack is Firmino, Sane and Salah. All of them have skill and flair which you don't see anywhere in the England team.
