I knew this was coming from the moment he signed. The main disappointment is that the club put itself in a position where it couldn't get full value for someone who is irreplaceable.

Hope he fails and Messi scores 5 past him in the first El Classico and he starts to cry.

It was expected he would leave. Disappointing as he will go on to become the best GK in the world. cnut :(

Well chances of him getting any silverware with Benitez whilst competing with Barca and Atletico are rather slim.

I hope Messi scores six and he starts to cry, but only after Messi's sixth involved him being hit in the face, leaving him with a broken nose before the ball deflected on to the underside of the bar, back down on to his ass and then over the line, making it the very first own goal ever scored by a goalkeeper with his ass. And then, when everyone's feeling sorry for him for showing such emotion and crying, it is revealed that his tears were not genuine, only the result of it being impossible not to cry salty tears when your nose breaks, and it is revealed that he is, in actual fact, incapable of crying proper tears of sadness. This means that he has to go through his entire life with pent up frustration and sadness, never to experience the magnificent joy and relief of a good cry.

Yeah exactly. We need to start forcing players to sign contact extensions. Maybe Woody should kidnap his girlfriend?
I'm so sick and tired of people wanting to blame either club or DDG for this situation.
All things considered, I think we're making a great business with Navas plus money.

Why the feck is it taking so long? Doesn't their window close in about 15 minutes?
Was just going to post this. I know I shouldn't I'm starting to think (hoping) this may fall through.

So it hasn't been confirmed yet with 9 minutes to go? According to Ballbag they don't do extensions in Spain.

Transfers are often not announced before quite a while past midnight, even if all the paperwork was done in time. I'm certain this will go through.

They should listen to their fans (85% of 15k) and not sign him. Then we make it sign an extension and feck him off to Barcelona for top dollar, we stick it to De Gea and Madrid while cashing in.

If we keep him for a year I wouldn't mind. I'll laugh at Real Madrid for days, the cnuts.

Big IF but if it fails to go through and he leaves next year instead.. was their any truth in him saying he'd never leave for free? Think I read it on the Caf.

It would be so feckin' hilarious if this didn't get done.

Would put the icing on an already shitly made cake, that we actually created quite a nice base for, but then decided the main ingredient should be sand.

Considering what Ballbag said, surely this won't go through? Unless it's already happened and they're just preparing shit.

the deal is all done, they can announce when they want, it was just the paperwork which needed to be done, which I guess could already be done now
