It was his most normal interview in a while although he did still do his usual 'ask the interviewer why he asked that question' shtick
 
Sky coverage was pathetic tonight!...Some clueless presenter and two Ex-Scouse apologists as pundits....they hardly even mentioned Skirtel pinning the Blackburn defender to the deck by his throat during the actual move for the Winner.
That could cost Blackburn their Premiership Status!*

*Not that I give a Toss about that, I hate 'em! But that's not the point.
 
Liverpool goalkeeper loan move ruled out by Premier League

Liverpool will not be allowed to sign a goalkeeper on loan for Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Everton.

With Pepe Reina and Alexander Doni serving bans, manager Kenny Dalglish had hinted he wanted to bring in cover for third-choice Brad Jones.

But Premier League regulations only allow a move when injury, rather than suspension, affects a squad.

The untried Danny Ward, 18, or 17-year-old Tyrell Belford are likely to be named as substitute at Wembley.

Reina is serving a three-match ban for his dismissal in the defeat by Newcastle United, while reserve goalkeeper Doni is banned after being sent off in Tuesday's 3-2 win at Blackburn Rovers.

Dalglish insisted he had "no problem whatsoever" with the prospect of selecting Australian Jones, who has made just three appearances since signing for £2.3m from Middlesbrough in August 2010.

Brad Jones and … Liverpool's goalkeeper options for semi-final

Brad Jones
The Australian was signed by Roy Hodgson from Middlesbrough in August 2010 to provide cover for José Reina and made his debut a month later in the disastrous Carling Cup defeat to Northampton Town. The 30-year-old next featured against Utrecht in the Europa League that December before a shoulder injury put him out of action. Jones returned in the new year but was loaned out to Derby County for the rest of the season by Kenny Dalglish. Jones returned in the summer and, having had to deal with the death of his five-year-old son from leukaemia last November, made his Premier League debut for the club in Tuesday's victory at Blackburn Rovers.

Danny Ward
The 18-year-old Wales youth international was signed by Liverpool in January, having been at Wrexham for the previous four years. He made his debut for the club's Under-18 side in a 2-1 win against Bolton two months ago and has since impressed during the recent NextGen series. Ward's only first-team experience came in a one-off loan game for Tamworth in the Blue Square Bet Premier last season. His display earned him the man of the match award.

Tyrell Belford
A member of Liverpool's academy since 2009, the 17-year-old formerly at Coventry City has represented England at youth level and was part of the squad that travelled to Mexico for the recent Under-17 World Cup. Belford established himself in Liverpool's Under-18 side last season due to his impressive shot-stopping skills but has recently found his position under threat from Ward. He is highly regarded at Anfield, however, and signed a contract extension to June 2013 last summer.

Peter Gulacsi
A successful year-long loan spell with Liverpool's reserves led to the Hungarian joining the club in August 2008. The 21-year-old has yet to feature for the first team, however, and instead has been sent out on loan on four separate occasions – to Hereford United, Tranmere Rovers, twice, and, last summer, Hull City, where he is scheduled to remain until the end of the season. Liverpool are likely to investigate if they can recall Gulacsi, who recently suffered an injury, before Saturday's FA Cup semi-final but are likely to be hindered in their attempts by regulations that state "players' registrations for special matches are not permitted".

Jerzy Dudek
The 39-year-old officially retired last summer following a four-year spell as Real Madrid's back-up goalkeeper. Out of contract, the former Poland international is eligible to be signed outside of the transfer window and will forever be cherished at Anfield for his role in Liverpool's 2005 Champions League triumph.

Liverpool recalling goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi from loan at Hull City

Liverpool are recalling the goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi from a loan spell at Hull City in the wake of the crisis caused by the suspensions of Pepe Reina and Doni.

Kenny Dalglish's side must face Everton in an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Saturday and Reina will be serving the final match of a three-game suspension for violent conduct against Newcastle United, while the Spaniard's understudy, Doni, was dismissed on Tuesday for denying Blackburn Rovers an obvious goalscoring opportunity and the Brazilian is banned for one game.

Dalglish is unable to move for an emergency loan signing and has turned to the Hungarian Gulacsi, who is available for Wembley duty after not being selected for either of the Tigers' two FA Cup ties this season.

The 21-year-old has made 15 Championship appearances for the East Yorkshire club, who have also made loan moves this season for Arsenal's Vito Mannone and Sunderland's Trevor Carson after Gulacsi failed to impress.

A statement on Hull's official website read: "Goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi is set to be recalled from his loan spell with the Tigers by parent club Liverpool. The Hungarian stopper will return to Anfield later today."

The relegation battle is mental, Wolves are the only team you can really be sure of going down. One week you think it will be Wigan and QPR, the next Bolton and Blackburn are in there, i love it.

I've just seen that they've scored the 2-1 in the 90+4.min :D

They're playing the french cup final against Lyon in the Stade de France.......that's already amazing for the club.
But Quevilly will play Europa League football next season if they win the final or Lyon finish in the top 3 in the Ligue 1.
 
Jesus, get up Lyon then. Imagine what even Europa money would do for a third division club?
