Gibraltar vs Poland, heh, why do they even play this match ? I've never seen a duel, where the disparity between the two teams is so huge. One team consists of players who are simply pretending that they're professional players, are completly irrelevant in the world of football and recently haven't achieved anything spectacular. Meanwhile, Gibraltar is a very strong team that consists of fierce players who fight for their lives and honour, thus they are firm favourites for this one.

Excited this time around for the qualifiers. There will be shown 150 different games on my channel. Usually it's only been the English games. No more.

Denmark will hopefully do well this time around. They're such a Euro team.

could be worse, you could be an England fan.

Does Iceland play in the Euros? Stupid question I know.

Sky showing every game in the euros except for England.

They will actually have a commentary team for the likes of Faroe Islands vs Finland

They were bragging about showing more than half the games in the PL last season. We showed every single one. But obviously Sky has a lot more surrounding each game. There's always just the commentator here. Never a co-commentator except for Icelandic games. Understandably so. Not the same if you aren't at the stadium commentating.

If they were allowed to show every game the would. It's not by choice they don't

Is it me or is there any good games in the Euro qualifying anymore. The quality is so average in some of these games and the home advantage aint even roudy and hostile like it used to be...

I think the play off teams will most likely be Wales, Czech/Turkey, Slovakia, Scotland/Ireland, Slovenia, Romania/Hungary, Austria, Norway and Denmark/Serbia.

If that is the case Ireland/Scotland and Wales have a very good chance of qualifying, as long as you avoid Turkey and Serbia I think you'd fancy you're chances against any of those.

Group F looks the tightest, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Finland, N.Ireland and the Faroe Islands, other than the Faroe Islands any team could automatically qualify.

I know. They definitely would. And they're etching closer towards it every year. Would be one expensive deal if Sky could do that.
Just thinking there is no chance they showed over half the games last season

The PL will never allow Sky to show 3pm kick off matches, because a lot of fans would save money by not going to watch Sunderland v Burnley or something like that. They want to encourage higher crowds. With Arsenal v Chelsea or something it doesn't matter if it's on Sky because people go for the whole experience, big game atmosphere etc.

I might have gotten that wrong. It was something close to half. Might have been 150+ or they have 150+ this season.

You've got that rule about not showing games at 15:00 on Saturdays haven't you?

It's been a long time since I've seen one man carry his team as much as Mkhitaryan is doing right now against Denmark. He's all over the place and the rest of his team are just sitting back.

Højbjerg looks quite good.

I don't in Ireland. I get one Saturday 3pm game a week.

But yes in the uk they do

the goal scored by Georgia is an absolutely brilliant goal

And Henrikh scores. Completely against the game but that's what can happen when you have a guy like him unleashed on the other side.

the georgia-ireland match is much better than i expected. i have a feeling georgia will win it

Højbjerg equalizes. Great goal. That boy is a talent. Don't know if Eriksen looked that good at 19. Not bad having them two in midfield.

Scotland XI to play Germany: Marshall, Hutton, Whittaker, Martin, Hanley, Morrison, Fletcher (C), Mulgrew, Naismith, Bannan, Anya

They are going to get crushed.

I tried to watch a bit of all three games on Sky at the minute but they're all awful. Northern Ireland and the Republic are actually worse than me and my mates at stringing a few passes together.

Yes. Almost qualified for the WC this year. Got beaten by Croatia in the playoffs. We're in a group with Netherlands, Turkey, Czech Republic, Latvia and Kazakhstan.
you can qualify through that group. Hope you do

Thomas Kahlenberg! 2-1. Excellent!

After Mkhitaryan went off there has been no football from Armenia. Can't even make one pass.

Lafferty has just produced a bit of genius to create a goal for NI.

Why is he not much better? Mental issues?

Doesn't seem to hurt German teams or anywhere else.

It's a bullshit argument that stems from when MOTD first started and clubs were worried then about attendances dropping.

Hopefully we won't get thumped by the Germans, we're not too bad organisation wise under Strachan so I'm predicting a 2-0 defeat.
