Everton v Manchester United

Heinzes a butbar...i wouldnt be surprised to see him sent off today

Although a poor first half.

Scholes's passing has been fantastic. He picks the hardest balls so that it just drops on the feet of the target even if a defender is close by.

How the feck does he do it.

I couldn’t believe Evra the prat gave away a free kick like that. So fecking stupid.

But from the very first minute United have looked poor. Not too much off the ball running, sloppy passes, too slow, not enough imagination and we’re not testing the keeper. It’s so reminiscent of Portsmouth away.

When is the last time we actually played well away from home? It’s been too long.

Please let us get a result, God. Please.

I know we've got three first choice defenders injured, but that's no excuse for some of what Heinze and Evra have been up to.

In Heinze's case, we'd actually be better off playing with ten men

:nono: the lads will turn it around and get a result its may just not be the result we all want

Why are we falling apart like this?

Our last 4 and a half league games have been fecking shocking.

Show some fecking bottle in the 2nd half lads ffs.

Heinzes a butbar...i wouldnt be surprised to see him sent off today

At least it'd mean someone other than him being in the centre

He's a fecking disaster there, and that's putting it kindly.

All he does is drift ot to the left, give the ball away, and get skinned

Second half with Ronaldo will hopefully mean that we start playing some decent footy. Not been at ALL impressed with how the first half has gone to be completely honest but then 45minutes to turn it around... come on lads!

Our midfield engine is not running, IMO.

disagree, Carrick, Giggs and Scholes are playing well..but with Everton playing so many behind the ball we havent got enough movement up front without Ronaldo

exactly what i was thinking, i think we'll get a goal in the second half but i dunno about 2, lets hope we get one of those dodgy penalties

Saha has really ****ed me off today. He is blatently needed and he's not even on the fecking bench.

Ronnie needs to come on and replace Ole who lets face it has been invisible. Smith needs to concentrate on shooting and passing and Giggs needs to up his game.

Can't really fault our defense, they're being held together by a bit of string.

I'm getting right fecked off with some of the comments here.

Keep it constructive.

Abuse of the players or the manager is not on - the team is struggling with injuries, and options are limited.

If anyone else comes out with abusive crap, they might find themselves ghosted.

that's right, just put the pressure on them

Smith's hold up play has been brilliant. We just need to bring on Ronnie to stretch open their defence.

Don't think I could take Maureen and Lampards smug faces if we lose and they win. Come on United beat these feckers

love him! He's a very danger man whenever the ball is at his foot. He's a football artist if you ask me! :)

Our movement upfront needs a sense of purpose, Smith needs to start running and facing the goal a LOT more instead of just backing into defenders.Similarly we need to start taking shots at their goal, cause I can only count two shots in the first half.

Predictable, difficult game approached with a shite attitude.

Yes, not much urgency from the start.

how often do i have to say this, do not change a winning team

Unless someone is obviosly injured, I agree. With our squad decimated by injuries at the moment, the next game is the most important. Just win the game you have and worry about the next one when you play it. Winning players are rarely tired.

Bring Ronaldo on please, our attack has no width and pace at all.

true

We won't start the second half with the same 11.

fecking hope not! Hope they start with a fecking boot up their arse too.

True. Sheasy is the most reliable of the 4 for me. And VDS?? WHat the feck has happened to him?? Shaky again - I thought he should have saved the goal. Deflection or not, he dived too early!!

Chelsea showing what they're made of, and they'll sure be fired up after hearing the ht score here... they'll win. We need to show some bottle.

Rooney again looks lost out on the left. Very rarely does this tactical decision seem to pay off. The Roma game being the obvious one, but I can't recall another game this season when Rooney has played well on that wing.

Come on Reds lets see the real us out there in the second half!

smith is a poor striker, he does not suit the way we play, get him off and put ronaldo on, keep solkjear on just incase he gets an oppurtunity, his still a better striker than smith

Need to make more offensive runs to open it up. No one is using the right at all. Rooney was furious because he had no options on the right at one point. Players arn't making the runs off the ball to give the passer options and Everton is putting the preasure on immediately and breaking us up.

Ronaldo has to come on. I think he can open them up.

We've been pretty poor most of the time today. Everton are clogging everything down, especially with the lead, and it will take something pretty special to get through them - not seen much of that so far.

I'm a little more pessimistic than usual.

But if we'll put Ronaldo on from the start of the second half for Ole (he's just struggling to get into the game), then you never know.

Disappointed to see this level of off-day at this stage. If the players want to win the league then they have to step up. Period.

We're not dead yet, the way Everton are packing their midfield with hard working diggers it was always going to be tough.
Just hope we get a break or a bit of luck from somewhere.

COME THE feck ON UNITED. We've done it against Blackburn, Wigan, Milan...Why the feck not Everton.
