haha early thread but Ronnie is with us again and thats a huge boost for us

i can see Rooney on bench also... Saha i still think your are the man that will help us more than no one, Welcome back King Louis

It's a tough place to go but should have Ronaldo back for this one. Him, Saha and hopefully Rooney will give us the firepower needed to get a win.

I hope we go with:

----------------------------------VDS------------------------------------

----Hagreaves-------------Rio--------------Vidic---------------Evra-------

--Ronaldo---------------Scholes------------Carrick-------------Giggs-----

----------------------------Tevez--------Saha-------------------------

Agree with that.

Bring on Nani, Hargreaves and Anderson in the 2nd half, when everything goes well.

--------------Saha---------------Rooney------------
Giggs------Hargreaves------------Scholes-----Ronaldo
Evra---------Vidic---------------Ferdinand-----Neville
--------------------Van Der Sar---------------------

Bench: Kuszczak, Brown, Carrick, Nani, Tevez

..............hopefully

I would play:

-------------------------------Van Der Sar--------------------------------

--------Brown-------------Rio--------------Vidic---------------Evra-------

--Ronaldo---------------Scholes------------Hargreaves-------------Giggs--

----------------------------Tevez--------Saha----------------------------

Bench
Kuszczak
O'Shea
Fletcher
Carrick
Nani

I doubt Rooney will be back for this game. Also itwould be better to give hianother week and unleash him aginst the renties.

I feel we'll need Hargreaves for this game.

I just hope we don't play 4-3-3, trying to fit Carrick in.

Sucks for Carrick, we probably should've played him against Sunderland.

Neville should be back ;) with Rooney to get some minutes under his belt hopefully.

----------------Vds--------------------
Neville------Rio-------Vidic----------Evra
Ronaldo---Hargreaves---Scholes----Giggs
------------Tevez------Saha------------

Bench : Tom, O'Shea, Carrick, Anderson, Rooney.

I predict a 1-3 win that we'll definitely quickstart our season : Saha x 2 & Tevez

Team will be......

GK: VDS

RB: Brown
CB: Ferdinand
CB: Vidic
LB: Evra

RM: Ronaldo
CM: Hargreaves
CM: Scholes
LM: Giggs

CF: Rooney
CF: Saha

Going for a 1-2 win for us, Saha and Rooney with the goals. Either Baines or Yakubu for them

VDS
Brown Rio Vida Evra
Ronaldo Hargreaves Scholes Giggs
Tevez
Saha

Subs: PIG, Oshea, Nani, Carrick, Rooney/Anderson if rooney aint fit

2-0 to us, Ronaldo and hargreaves with the goals.

VDS
Pique-Rio-Vidic-Evra
-Hargreaves-Carrick-
------Scholes------
Ronaldo----Tevez
------Saha---------

its on 15 Sep so it will take two weeks for that... the coming weekend its internationals so he got enough time to come back

Aaaaaghh - you should have let Jacob do it he's on a roll:mad: Mods pls delete the thread & get Jacob to do it!

We cannot afford any more slip ups. Good to have Ronaldo back. I don't think Neville and Rooney will be back for this one.

Just relised that if we win this game we coud be at the top (mind you the goal diffrence) hopefully

Tottenham v Arsenal (spurs win)
Portsmouth v Liverpool (pompey win)
Chelsea v Blackburn (draw)
Man City v Aston Villa (draw)

Liverpool and Arse games could certainly be draws. Bit of a longshot asking Blackburn to draw at the bridge, although they are on form. Our games tough enough though! 2-1 Utd. Hargreaves, and Saha. Carsley for them.

yeah, we should definitely use Chelsea's slip-up to close the gap, it's a golden opportunity which we cannot miss.

Two weeks before the match

It's all one big gay competition

Nice theory but Arsenal will at worst draw with Spurs, Same goes with Liverpool and if Lampard is back for Chelsea they've trounce Blackburn. You could be right about the last one though

You're talking out of your arse

Never have I called Patrice Evra, Patrick Evra

no need to be shy for not knowing his name Perty boy, I see you edited your mistake in the posts you made here:

https://www.redcafe.net/showthread.php?t=169236

but at least I quoted you, and there's enough evidence there to show who's lying. But no big deal, it was a mistake on your part and totally understandable, no need to lash back and lie about it. :)

Making false quotes now.

Christ, do you ever stop?

Christ, do you ever stop?

Why would I make false quotes perty boy? There's no reason to do so, and the Mods can confirm you changed your quotes after realizing his correct name.

Go on then, prove it

Any mod can prove that you changed your quotes after I pointed out your mistake, but it's not a big deal and I won't bother the mods for this. It's quite trivial, buddy.

But here's another mistake you made perty boy, Becks plays for Los Angeles Galaxy, not Las Vegas Galaxy, so go here and correct your mistake as well:

I know you bought his jersy and all, so it'd be nice to know what his club is actually called. :)

You know I have real doubts as to whether or not Tevez will be any kind of shape for this game, Argentina play Australia Tuesday evening (Wednesday morning for us) which means at the earliest Tevez will get back to Manchester early Thursday morning which will only give him Friday to recover/train for the early kick off on Saturday

Is he sure to start for Argentina in that friendly? It'd be good if he can avoid a start and let the likes of Cruz, Crespo and Milito get a start instead.

Doesn't really matter whether he starts or not he'll still be doing the travelling
