Everton Vs Manchester United

It's hard to see where Tevez is going to get starts. We're starting to build up form and I think Fergie really wants to keep the Rooney-Berbatov-Ronaldo thing going. I reckon Tevez will start all our remaining CL group games and the QPR match but he may have to be content as a sub for the league matches during that period. He'll get plenty of games soon enough, but right now I think he'll have to be patient. And to be fair, he can't really complain as long as we keep winning games as easily as we have done lately.

I think Fergie is eager to give Tevez a start, but it will probably happen in the "easy" home game against West Ham rather than in this "difficult" away game, given the form of the Rooney/Berba combo.

With the form both teams are on, this game is arguably easier.

Why dont you think that tevez can handle it? Im sure he wants to keep tevez in sync with the others and still feel a part of it, i know rooney and berbatov are doing well, but i just got a feeling for tevez' sake that he will come in for berbatov, who has played every game since he has been here.

He probably feels hard done by though, because his form was good before berbatovs arrival and as soon as he came, he was dropped to the bench, it cant be good for his confidence, so Ferguson will wanna show him he still has faith so i cant see why he wouldnt give him a go against everton. Berbatov has played a lot of games, but so has ronaldo, it would be good to see how roon berba and tevez work again, and give ronaldo a little break. I really feel for tevez though.

He's played is best football centrally though. Not on either of the wings.

He's been decent-good in centre mid in the last two games, and then played a good game in the middle further forward at Blackburn. Otherwise he played on the wing and has been our most impressive winger over the course of this season.

because you said

I assumed you thought he couldnt handle the tougher game at goodison? but i think tevez is a born fighter and will respond well to being left out of the team and perform against any team he is put up against.

Was i wrong to assume this?

United has scored in something like 31 consecutive league games and not conceded in its last 5 in all competitions, so we ought to be confident of a win. However, I think Everton will be better than Celtic.

I'm just waiting for Ronaldo to start tearing teams apart once again. It's coming soon.

My feck is game ever early over 4 fecking am, I wouldnt mind actually but I have stuff to do tomorrow so I can't pull the all night boozer and then watch the game; those are always quite fun

It will indeed be tough match for us. Saha will certainly be a threat...

1-0 to United.

I really do love Tevez but i cant understand why so many are desperate for him to start when Rooney and Berbatov have been in great form together.

Keep the run going Fergie and start Rooney and the Berb, Tevez will get his opportunity soon enough.

0-0 or 0-1 or 0-2 or 1-2 or 1-1 or 1-0 or 2-1 or 2-2 or 0-3 or 1-3 or 2-3 or 3-2 or 1-4 or 0-4.

its a tough one with tevez, i think he deserves a game but rooney and berbatov are playing so well at moment. i think ronaldo might be rested and tevez instead of him.

Can someone please PM me some good links.

To be honest, I would prefer to see rooney and berbatov start, however, for the good of the teams future success, i.e., having tevez in a good state of mind and playing well, i think its essential he gets a start soon, Im sure he will start either here or at west ham though so it doesnt really matter i suppose.

I do feel that we'd see more from Tevez if he played alongside Berba, something Fergie alluded to on Tuesday.

However, when Rooney is on fire, he can't be put on the bench. Ronaldo is getting better by the game, so its the left hand side for Tevez with Giggs in the middle maybe?

Everton, I think I am right in saying, have a very respectable away record this season, but are yet to win at home.

All the big guns should be fit apparently:

Gaz-Rio-Vida-Evra
Ronnie-Ando-Fletcher-Giggs
Rooney-Berbatov

Can anyone tell me why on earth we are subjected to such a ridiculous kick off time, yet we are not televised?

Id like to see nani given another shot ahead of giggs, he did well against celtic and needs to keep that form going and improve on it.
