Everton vs Manchester United

Did Hernandez travel for any midweek international?
When did he get back?

Very nice. Kagawa will play behind Wellbeck-Rooney-Nani I think.

I've been fantasising about that since around the time we last played Everton, pretty damn excited now, even if we are bound to concede a couple.

Either hernandez is injured or we have berba there in case we need his height, that's what I reckon anyway.

If he's not injured then we're not going to have a very happy Hernandez if he's not even making the bench now.

Berbatov is a better footballer than Hernandez. Shame he's style does not suit our style of play.

Hoping RvP gets at least 20 minutes depending on the outcome

And he's very good coming off the bench which berbatov isn't.

Hernanddez might not have recovered or performed on top line in training after the international break and the travelling. Treat it in isolation.

I almost forgot about the defensive crisis.
First game of the season and we are already fecked.
It happens every fecking season. HOW?

Berbatov is still at the club.

He was part of the club last year as well and he barely got games. We're looking for buyers for him while Hernandez will be a more active member of the squad so unless he's injured, it's a strange decision and even more so considering he's a good option to bring off the bench if we need a goal.

It'll be 0-0 and Berba will come off the bench to win it for us.

I'm very worried that Jelavic will exploit Carrick. He's a good player.

You look at how strong that bench is: Lindegaard, Rafael, Anderson, Berbatov, Young and Van Persie; and think 'wow!'. Then you realise it just gets better because there's still Jones, Ferdinand, Evans, Smalling, Giggs, Hernandez still to come. And let's not forget Buttner and Bebe.

Outside chance Fletcher may come into the picture over the next few months too.

Hernandez has been shocking over the last 12 months. We have RVP on the subs bench.

Knew I shouldn't have allowed being a fan cloud my judgement in betting on RVP to score. Was certain he'd start

Jelavic and Fellani are both good in the air..
Vidic cant take care of both.
Someone needs to take out the supplier.. Osman on the right and Baines on the left.

Bring on the reducers.

I'm a bit worried about the defence though. Only 1,5 defenders on the pitch...

The 0.5 being Evra I assume. So basically our defence is a tough center half who's been out for nine months, a center midfielder, a wing back and a winger.

Sounds like United.
