Every season I do wonder about our pre-season preparations. We haven't played at Old Trafford, or in England, since the final game of last season. Usually we have the Community Shield to scrape through to gel the team a week before, but it does seem a bit strange to expect the team to not play at least one game in England before the season begins.
Then again Arsenal do that with the Emirates, so maybe I'm talking bollocks.
