Evra accuses Suarez of racist remarks | Suarez guilty of racial abuse

Really enjoying the scousers outraged on twitter.

Endorsing racism.

I hope he plays at OT. If he can't handle what the Fulham fans were chanting about him then he's got little chance of tolerating what Utd fans think of him.

What the highest number of games the FA has previously banned a player for? (i.e. games, not months)

Ben Thatcher got 8 with some more suspended didn't he? It's the highest I can think of.

I'm disappointed with the decision personally. At least now we know the FA's real stance on "Kick Racism out of football."

He ought to have been banned for the season at least.

Their thread is embarassing at best, nearly all of them support Suarez no matter what he said. One of them even wants to get negrito trending on twitter!

They are definitely the UK's version of rednecks.

Bang on. One scouser called Suarez a mongoloid if guilty and he's been turned into public enemy no.1 . They really are a thickle bunch.

It's his own fault. Suarez was racially abusing Evra and now he has to pay the price. The world is and should be like that.

the fa are a bunch of tools, as in most footballing associations, and until we are given the same evidence that they have i will not take trust their judgement.

i want the ref at the game kicked out of football. He must be racist. If evra spoke about this abuse , he did nothing in the game

:d

would love to know what the actual evidence was that was put the the independent committee.

The FA would probably have taken legal advice on how much they could give him that could be successfully defended in the Court for the Arbitration of Sport and in the civilian legal system.

Sorry but that's a slap on the wrist. Kick Racism out my arse.

It can't be very comforting, believing everything bad is a result of conspiracy instead of incompetence, malice and outdated attitudes...

Liverpool fan on twitter
I hope #MUNICH happens again and Evra's head fecking rolls like Duncan's fanny head you fecking inbred shithouses.

That's very classy.

"LFC considers racism in any form to be unacceptable - without compromise. It is our strong held belief, having gone over the facts of the case, that Luis Suarez did not commit any racist act. It is also our opinion that the accusation by this particular player was not credible - certainly no more credible than his prior unfounded accusations."

They're continuing with the whole 'race card' lie then.

Few things from RAWK:

Bring a 'Negrito' sign to their away match tomorrow night.
Get 'Negrito' trending on Twitter.
Saying why can't Chicharito be suspended.
Saying the FA are so far up Fergie's arse.
Pull the LFC players out of the England team.
Pull LFC out of domestic comps.

What fecking morons

Liverpool FC statement on Suarez' ban and fine.

Liverpool Football Club is very surprised and disappointed with the decision of the Football Association Commission to find Luis Suarez guilty of the charges against him.

We look forward to the publication of the Commission's Judgment. We will study the detailed reasons of the Commission once they become available, but reserve our right to appeal or take any other course of action we feel appropriate with regards to this situation.

We find it extraordinary that Luis can be found guilty on the word of Patrice Evra alone when no-one else on the field of play - including Evra's own Manchester United teammates and all the match officials - heard the alleged conversation between the two players in a crowded Kop goalmouth while a corner kick was about to be taken.

The Club takes extremely seriously the fight against all forms of discrimination and has a long and successful track record in work relating to anti-racist activity and social inclusion. We remain committed to this ideal and equality for all, irrespective of a person's background.

It is key to note that Patrice Evra himself in his written statement in this case said 'I don't think that Luis Suarez is racist'. The FA in their opening remarks accepted that Luis Suarez was not racist.

Luis himself is of a mixed race family background as his grandfather was black. He has been personally involved since the 2010 World Cup in a charitable project which uses sport to encourage solidarity amongst people of different backgrounds with the central theme that the colour of a person's skin does not matter; they can all play together as a team.

He has played with black players and mixed with their families whilst with the Uruguay national side and was Captain at Ajax Amsterdam of a team with a proud multi-cultural profile, many of whom became good friends.:lol::lol:

It seems incredible to us that a player of mixed heritage should be accused and found guilty in the way he has based on the evidence presented. We do not recognise the way in which Luis Suarez has been characterised.

It appears to us that the FA were determined to bring charges against Luis Suarez, even before interviewing him at the beginning of November. Nothing we have heard in the course of the hearing has changed our view that Luis Suarez is innocent  of the charges brought against him and we will provide Luis with whatever support he now needs to clear his name.

We would also like to know when the FA intend to charge Patrice Evra with making abusive remarks to an opponent after he admitted himself in his evidence to insulting Luis Suarez in Spanish in the most objectionable of terms. Luis, to his credit, actually told the FA he had not heard the insult. :wenger:

Not to mention a character assassination of Evra. Despicable cnuts. The behaviour of LFC is worse than that of Suarez IMO.

Taken from Liverpool's statement. United have conducted themselves with class here and the same can't be said for Liverpool.

It's an absolute joke. I was going through a couple pages but I'm going to refrain from reading that tripe of shite. Are they really that deluded. Do they have mods? There's being biased but they take it into another zone.

I'm struggling to believe that is an official statement from Liverpool FC. Unbelievable.

Erm, how about your boy Suarez?

"Luis is a strong character he will ride this. People also know what a c*nt Evra is. "

Yes, of course, everyone thinks Suarez is a lovely little lad unlike that awful Evra.
