F1 2022 Season

Terrible that.. hopefully with the new regs he can follow closely and get a few overtakes. Merc have real trouble though
 
Very concerning. Something is wrong at mercedes, whether its the engine, the philosophy of the design or them taking their eyes off the ball. They also are 1 of 2 teams who haven't brought upgrades to this race. Serious problems going on.
 
Goodness me.
Something drastically wrong with that Mercedes car. And you have to say, the power unit as well. They are really struggling with the lack of wind tunnel testing aren't they.
 
Wow, im eating a slice of humble pie right now. Never expected that. Something very wrong with that car. Too draggy? Or having to raise the ride height for qually and the race mean the downforce losses are just too much?
 
They just need to admit that engine isn’t the business, a second off a Red Bull on the straight!

I think Mercedes may have peaked at Bahrain, that engine will kill them this season.
 
What about McLaren? Drop the Honda engine, it becomes good. Drop the Renault engine, it becomes ok. Adopt the Mercedes engine, it's trash now.
 
Only potential way lewis can save the weekend and get p10 is with safety cars. Probably take even more wing off the car for the race.

hamilton was 7 tenths down on russell in sector one right before the red flag. He has been behind russell at every turn in

If he did a setup different to Russell he may as well pit lane start it and do a total setup change. He won’t do nothing from 16th in that car.

He is getting older, only natural that we see a quick decline eventually as his senses are decreasing by the year. I’m 36, I don’t see or hear as well as I did when I was 22, life’s a bitch.

Not sure whether to forefit my bonus points in the prediction league. I forgot Russell for some reason and 2 of my top 10 are floundering

It's essentially Monaco at even higher speed with crazy kerbs that throw the car off balance in a hairpin. It's fundamentally dangerous.

Let's hope Mick isn't too hurt, not looking great.

Those curbs are terrifying, looks like the car could snap on the driver at any moment.
