Listening to Sainz car in Leclerc's corner, he is obviously slowing down probably even second before he hits that spot where Leclerc started oversteering, so it could well be a throttle problem.

It’d be pretty incredible to go to the end given he pitted earlier than the rest. But then the few laps behind the safety car might have done it.
Edit: actually just noticed it’s only 2 laps older. I think he’s good.

Did quite a few laps behind the safety car so only a couple of laps longer than the rest. Would lose 30 seconds at a pit stop.

Of course not, I doubt he will be able to push hard until the end even with one more pit. Mediums are done for Ferrari after 15ish laps.
Sainz will be back within touching distance on the points with Charles if he gets a decent result here. Not number 2 driver any more.
