F1 2023 Season

Honestly. How ridiculous is that. Hamilton 5 sec time penalty IN THE WET.
I am borderline finished with F1 because the officials are fxxking the sport up. Just switched off.

Yep, perez is utterly useless and cant keep the car on the track and hamilton gets the pen. Masi must be back.

Perez gave him space on the inside, the whole track in fact, and Lewis just drove into the side of him, clearly caused a collision.

Wonder if there'd be so much throwing dummies out if that happened the other way around. Somehow I think not.

Not when they dont win with it there isn't.
Winning or losing hasn’t got much to do with it - you could interpret his statement as blaming the driver. Anyway, the cars were sufficiently close that Max was not an underdog. Whether it or the Merc was better is up for debate.

And one way or another it’s pretty irrelevant. Far more telling of greatness was the relentless drive of both drivers and how they were able to virtually make no mistakes. Max is obviously a great driver but talk of GOAT is just far too early. He’s in his prime or approaching it, Hamilton nearing the end of his career. Max has enough talent but lots still yet to prove to be compared to the elites who did it for longer. It may just be a case of time for Max, or he may not reach it. Who knows.

Max wins by 6.5 second on inters on a wet track  Its not a contest any more
Well done Piastri cracking race for 2nd.
Lewis 5 sec pen is just shocking, it was a racing incident nothing more, WTF were the stewards looking at.
