Did a -4. Fielding 9 players. Can't really get rid of Pogba,l Rashford or Jimenez, as I've got to much money tied up in them, and will need them next GW.

You're doing fine, mate! That's a decent team for the blank gameweeks in 31 and 33, even if you are holding said players. Regarding your chips, this is what I'd do: play your free hit in between the blanks, in 32. Then prepare for WC in 34 (you can start this planning now in fact, and look to get in Kane), play your BB in 35 (so stack your team with double gameweek players with your wc), and then TC in 37 or 38.
Regarding FH and WC: The free hit works as a WC for one gameweek, meaning price rises would be the same when using the FH as the WC. So, activate your FH at kickoff on Saturday, and get in all the MVPs for 32 already this weekend (United and City especially). Use fantasy football fix' price predictor if you are unsure about who's price is changing (it's for free). Do the same when you activate the WC.

The thing is that I have already played my FH (I used on week 14, can’t remember why..). So the only bonusses I have available are: Wildcard, TC and Bench Boost.

You've got the right idea. 33 might be a bit of a problem for you though. 3 Chelsea players will be essential as they don't blank that week and will potentially double in 32.
The United players definitely won't play in 33 and neither will City unless a miracle happens in the Cup this weekend.
If it was me I'd aim to try and field 9 players or so again for 33 which means 3 x Chelsea, 5 players that play that week and have decent long term fixtures and 1 transfer that you can make prior to the GW starting and after the first double.

Peltier is my bench fodder. I’ve 0.5 in the bench, so I might swap him out for Daniels as Bournemouth have Newcastle H GW31 and Burnley H GW33.
I have 10 players with two FTs that I have to use, as I’m using the free hit next week. Trying to decide whether to get rid of two blanking players in order to have someone on the bench (in case someone doesn’t play). Or transferring out one of my West Ham players due to the fact they play Chelsea in 33.
I believe there’s a chance Rondon won’t play in 33 if Palace win their FA cup tie, so that might have to be my one FT in that week.

I know it's highly unlikely you'll need him but why would you have a gk on your bench that definitely doesn't play when you can just put Boruc or someone there. Likewise with Bennett.
