Fantasy Premier League 18/19

I was settled on my side last week. Told my self I was picking a side for the long haul rather than pissing around all week, every week second guessing myself.

Have changed it 30 times so far today. Gone with a big midfield and was very happy with it... until logging on here and reading that Pogba might be in line to start. Now my fingers are twitching again!

Bit reliant on Everton there, but like Tosun the most of the 7.0 strikers and Richarlison edges Jota for me based on fixtures.

Not wanting to jinx it but surely has to be Bernardo, he's named on for the first few games I'd say and after arsenal city have a decent run

Thanks. I think so too but Pep has a history of saying lots of good things before dropping a player or selling him.
B silva is great but I'd be surprised if he starts ahead of David Silva still.

I had Richarldson but confused how he'd fit in an advanced midfield role centrally with Andre Gomes. He must be put out wide in this case which is a bit more away from the action. I think he was more of a striker when he was so good for Watford wasn't he? Or at least he had more of a free role.

I don't think he'll go close on last season but probably still bang in 20 goals or so.

On my team:
I'm relying on Wolves being tight but I picked rotatable goalkeepers in Patricio and Pickford. Plumped for Patricio for this weekend though. Other than that I based my team around City and hoping for Spurs and Arsenal to have good campaigns. As Spurs have signed no one, we know who will start 90% of the time and I've taken a chance on Torreira for Arsenal. Think City and Arsenal could score a few goals so I've 5 players from both.

Mendy----Yoshida---------Vertonghen-Trippier - Think Mendy might get an assist vs Arsenal, Saints at home to Burnley so possible clean sheet, same for Spurs vs Newcastle despite being away.

------Lacazettte--Firminio-----Zaha---------- - Think after last season being Salah's year, this will be Firminio's. Plumped for Lacazette because he was cheaper than Auba, and think Zaha will have another good year before moving to and flopping at another top club.

Pretty happy with that, should be 15 starters at least.

Yes, but he’s so easy to change for either of them. So it’s not that important pick right now IMO. But he’s experienced and is the best on his team. That’s not a wild card while Mitrovic/King are.

I knew there was a risk with Lukaku and Kane starting, but I‘m still hoping it‘s worth taking that...

Had money to bring in Pogba next week, but discovered he was starting so got him in just before the deadline. Hoping he has a great game.

Late to reply but yes I think TAA will start over Clyne and keep his place, Clyne's been out for a long time to go straight back in, but TAA is ahead of him now anyway. Lovren is out for 1st game too soon for him, Matip is out so I think Gomez will have to go in at CB, but Lovren for longterm.

I solved it with Lindelof who should hopefully get me a lot of clean sheets now wehen we play ultradefensively
