awfully chuffed with my capital D
Im goin to be in Singapore for the charity shield and I dont quite have access to a television,so would you know of a place that is kind enough to telecast the match?

Well you can always hit any pubbing joints out there. The popular ones with tourists and expats are Chjimes, and the Mohammed Sultan stretch.

Don't worry, most pubs would telecast it live. :) Enjoy ur trip to Singapore!

cd, how old are you? ( Have to gauge whether I can buy you a beer or coffee, depending on your age! You cud be a prodigy entering Uni at an early age! ;) )

I'll be happy to let you know all the places & bring you to see a 'live' game as well-just let me know if you're interested though this forum.

I can also arrange to bring you to watch some of the local games here - F.O.C of course! :)

Not a problem! :)

cd - I'm old enough to be your dad! ;)

Anyone wants to watch Woodland home games for free?

Hi there cd,
just don't worry abt it ... you can almost watch it anyway ... as long as you are not having a paper the next day and need to sit tight with your books.
Current SMU's location is in fact quite near to town so you need not worry as well abt travelling :)

Have a great day in S'pore ( I believe you will at least stay for a semester or more ). ..

I remember watching 2 'live' Euro Championship games a day on TV during my Law exams back in '80! :(

Thankfully, I still managed to scrape through!
