Goal aside, we have been relatively poor. Lacking concentration in midfield and defence. They are a pathetic diving team though. Rooney should gave buried his. Chelsea will ruin us if we play anywhere near this standard. Rooney is playing great on the long ball and clearances.

Agreed on Park. Nani would be better utilzyed on the left and Valencia on the right. Take Carrick off and put Park in the middle.

I don't think we need to change anything too drasticly in the 2nd half. Our failings have been down to sloppy individual play and not at all down to tactics or any of their players having the edge over his opponent.

I wouldn't change anything. I would however go round the dressingroom and bitch-slap each player individually to make sure they are awake. In fact, i bet Fergie is doing exactly this now!

My pick was when Fletcher didn't even move to win a header and a foul was still given against him.
 
Carrick is not so good, and Park is awful.... Neville against Ribery is trying but Ribery is just to fast for him.... I will like Carrick out for Valencia and move Park in the middle... Rafael in for Neville and we will be fine... And I dont like the way we are playing.. .We are looking like England team with those long balls from the defenders
 
Hope Bayern will run out of steam. They close us down very well until now but that costs much energy. Shame that Rooney didnt score the second. The result is perfect. Hope we can get another but 0-1 would be awesome.

They are a 32 year old and a left back.

We're poor. Whether we had 3, 2 or 5 in midfield, if you play poorly it means nothing.

We've had 1 central midfielder play well and that was Fletcher. They've had both their "central midfielders" on the day do quite well. Its played out very much like its their 2 versus our 1. And thats your 3 midfielders. Looking like they're the ones outnumbered.

If their left back and Van Bommel can do the job in midfield, our 3 midfielders must really be quite poor if they cant do the job in a 2.
