Liked the idea of the boosts - but those are massively different levels. Stadium size being the biggest.
What you think would be fairer?
Region populations maybe? Maybe we could draft a boost from a set list, during the player/manager draft.
DRAFT - Pick a manager first (think of the style of play you want, what players they might go for, etc..) and then second pick is a player. One pick per turn, two turns.

I also think everyone would trade mine for 20/20 training facilities or 20/20 youth facilities, as you can get recruitment way easier and cheaper than those, but I accept I may have just picked the shortest straw.
Also, since our island is an own country presumably, what did you put the country settings to?

Both managers aren't at their clubs from the FM database anymore, so I'd say that's a draw. Our clubs have 6500 reputation, 9000 would be elite.
