No Rooney??

OMG feck sake Fergie you fecking prick.

In goes the bait, now who's stupid enough to bite.

Switzerland, usually, they show almost every United game on PPV, but not today!!! Didnt miss a United game and today, I will have to stream a game like I had to 2-3 years ago :)

Thank Christ... Im not seeing it on my TV guide but it might be viewers choice here... first league game on at a reasonable fecking hour since I go Fox and I dont even know if I can watch it on TV

Don't tell me its another Rooney virus. Good team though.

Has Nani vanished ?

FFS!! He's doing his World Tour!! Do people not listen or something??

Will that be the midfield?

Park - Fletcher - Scholes - Ronaldo
Giggs
Berbatov

Isn't that more likely?

Bench: Foster, Neville, Anderson, Fabio, Carrick, Rooney, Tevez

Am nervous about Scholes Giggs CM partnership :nervous:

Have we ever played that before (aside from the last 30 minutes against Liverpool last week)?

Anyway I think we'll end up 433, like when we played Fulham in the cup.

I think it's more likely to be Fletcher and Scholes with Giggs playing off Berbs.

It will be Giggs behind Berba and Ronaldo on the Right in a more free role i suspect.

...

These days theres no way to predict our midfield. When was the last time we played the same midfield for two consecutive games?

Also I am now convinced that Nani is dead. RIP Nani.

Looks like after Liverpools defeat SAF wants a win and is turning to his experienced players to get it! I am sort of happy that Carrick is getting a rest as hes played a lot of football lately and looked very very tired last week, a little worried about Scholes and Giggs playing because last time that happened we didnt get control of midfield (against Inter) but with Park and Fletcher (finally hes back!) in the team i think it gives us extra energy to win the ball and get things going. Up front its good to see Berba back and hopefully he'll have a good game.

Overall its a good enough team to win but at the same time there are weaknesses that might be exposed if we dont get a grip of the game early on.

EDIT also to rumours about where Nani is i heard this week SAF has him on a special trainning scheme and thats why he hasnt been playing, personally i think thats made up and hes paying the price for believing his own hype!
