really good fun game - credit to them in that they tried to play their football and give us a good game

Was a good last 20 minutes in all fairness. Dour beforehand. Reminded me a lot of the Hull match.
 
An unexpectedly quality match !
Did feel like an exhibition game - which I suppose it is at the end of the day ...
 
Entertaining match, our defense needs to be looked at though the level of concentration is shocking once we go a few goals up.
 
Rio was half asleep during the whole game, Vidic did all the work. And when another half asleep defender came on it got interesting.

entertaining stuff though :)
 
Evans came on and we conceded 3 goals,hmmm.

I understand giggs likes having his little flicks that hardly work near the opposition box but to try those near the halfway line,when will he learn,hmmm

Good game though,shame ronaldo found very little of the ball,it was all going to nani through the left.
 
Great game.

Credit to Gamba. Had the guts to continue to attack United. Most prem teams would've just opted for 2 banks of 4.
 
One of the most entertaining matches of the season. Can't help but laugh. The defense will sort itself out so we won't have games like this for a while.

I was initially impressed that Gamba didn't come out and pull ten men behind the ball. Then I was impressed that they tried to attack us and did very well. Then I was impressed that they managed to score. Then I was impressed that they kept attacking and kept scoring even after the game had been decided. Overall I'm sure you can imagine I was quite impressed.

Interesting to watch the match-long duel between Endo and Van Der Sar.
 
Was Endo good, defence really shit or a combination of both?

I did hear before the game he was going to be the stand out player so its interesting to see him get rave reviews.
 
The amount of times I heard 'Ronaldo to Madrid reports' in the commentary was annoying to say the least. Must have been at least ten times, most of the time bought up by Collymore. Why they are obsessing themselves over a story which has since been denied, I don't know.

Reports of Ronaldo to Madrid, reports of Tevez unhappy... they loved it. Speculating on speculation.
Collymore may be a thick misogynist dogger but at least he thinks we'll win the League..
 
If I am not mistaken Endo is Japan Nt's playmaker, he actually kept Nakamura out of the side (or more accurately was good enough to replace him as it's a bitch to have to call him up from halfway around the world).

Was a cracking game. Thoughly enjoyed it, altough there was a period of the game that looked like one of them exhibition games as the commentator pointed out.

I think we fell asleep when Rooney came on which cost us a goal, then cannot defend Neville over the penalty as it was one and Giggs' flick just welcomed trouble although Nev's pass did put him in it as there were 3 around him.
 
Gutted, I missed this

Decided to do an 'all nighter' but gave up at about 6:00 am, went for a nap, set my alarm for 10:00 and slept through the alarm

Seemed a great game aswell
