Game 15: France vs Albania

It's baffling that Giroud is still on. His latest contribution to the game was blocking Pogba's shot.

Yeah, I saw that. The caf overrates that team, it's only a fancy roster.
Ok, my new favourite to win is Germany. They usually win, don't they. Or Spain or Italy. Or Sweden. One of them.

IMO, Spain will win because they have a total control in possession.

France squad is really good looking at individuals, but they don't look like a cohesive unit. And I think it would be a really big achievement to win euro with Giroud up front.

Ffs Matuidi, how many times has he lost the ball this half ?

France looked to be setting up a good attack with 60 mins on the clock then Pogba picks it up and thinks feck everyone I'm shooting from 40 yards.

Payet has been the main man so far despite Pogba coming on.

Italy are the only team that have really impressed me so far. Germany and England were decent but aside from that none of the favourites have been good. Didn't see Spain so don't know if they were any good.

In Summer Tournaments like these, it's often the team which starts slowly and build up momentum as the tournament progresses who end up winning it. I think Spain even lost their first game in their group stages during their World Cup win.

I wouldn't pay much attention to performances of the big teams before the knock-out stages, as those who perform fantastic in the group stages have often tired themselves out by the time they reach the latter knock-out stages.

Germay or Italy will win the Euros. Germany, well because they are the world champions, and whoever beats them in any tournament usually wins the whole thing. And Italy will be one though team to score against.

The one reason he's in the team. and Giroud can't even get it on target.

Really surprised they've taken Coman off, he looks quality.
