My non-white immigrant wife got 56% Ukip (Lab/Lib top two), but identifies as a Tory...pre-May.

It's a collection of things really. Waste management, street lighting and maintenance, street cleaning, planning application department, maintenance of libraries and anything else the council wants to waste money on
