I'd like to thank the Guardian 'Live' for informing me that Harold Wilson will become PM.

Right calling it a night since im up for work in 4 hours. Thanks to those doing the updates!

The reddit live thread seems to taking info from sources faster than the TV shows. Labour seem to be stealing seats all over the show.

Link? Also, is it unexpected steals or expected (based on YouGov) and is it from Tories or irrelevant (for me), as Tories are not hurt?

Mate you may as well stay up. 4 hours won't make much difference.

It seems to me like labour is taking SO many seats but this thread is pure pessimism and it's confusing me.

Going to bed as well. I am actually off tomorrow but need to wake up at a decent time for unpleasant reasons.

A fringe candidate with no chance of winning an election here. Also a Monster Raving Loony Party candidate.

Yeah, I don't understand BBC increasing the number of Tories seats on their exit poll.

It's a massive win, sure, but not outperforming exit poll.

It's all to do with the baseline. They're underperforming the YouGov estimates while the Tories are making the slight gains they need for a majority.

Exit poll had them taking 30+, the real question is how many the Cons lose/how many they can regain in the midlands/north/Scotland.
