Not bad. It would have been nice to stay stop but if the price to pay is Liverpool not winning at home it all adds up to a good weekend with City being tanked 6- nil. Yes I know Chelsea remembering they are a quality outfit is no good for us but the City bandwagon needed a reality check.

There are always twists and turns it would still be too early to completely rule anybody out yet but Liverpool are trying it!

Chelsea will always be there or thereabouts with the squad they have and having been through it for the past few seasons. It will be interesting to see how Arsenal cope with the pressure and the bad patch that I'm sure they will have.

Liverpool though, really need to start getting them results very soon...

Since Dump made the first post (around 2 months) they have managed 14 points whilst United have managed 25 including one game extra for us.

Liverpool have some easy fixtures coming up before they play us:

Liverpool v Fulham
Newcastle v Liverpool
Liverpool v Bolton
Reading v Liverpool

I would expect them to win all those games and it will suddenly be "their year" again. I expect them to win CL group games and go through as well.

The Reading team they thrashed in the CC? The Newcastle team that just got thrashed at home by Portsmouth? I'm afraid we're going to have to put up with more deluded scousers thinking they are back in the title race after they win those games.

To be fair to Liverpool for all the bad patch they are going through if they win their game in hand they are only 3 points behind us! Its not a lot!
