Hull City vs. Manchester United

Zup Zup say nada.

Getting a fry on before this, feeling we'll smash them.

Hoping Januzaj gets the nod, we've had 5 days of rest so it's possible... but can see Young getting a chance after his recent form. Just feel that the typical crossing game of Young isn't going to get much joy against this Hull team, who are compact and can defend well in the air.

Gonna be a tough game, this.

Carrick is on the coach

Just watching the squad walking in, good to see Carrick carrying his boots and also Vidic travelling.

Lineup:

De Gea, Rafael, Smalling, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Cleverley, Fletcher, Young, Rooney, Welbeck.

Subs: Lindegaard, Vidic, Carrick, Fabio, Kagawa, Januzaj, Hernandez.

Rumours Fletcher starting

No Phil Jones!
Let's riot.

Hmm...

Valencia AND Young is a bit too predictable for my liking. Jones will be missed in midfield

Great to see the usual suspects talking down every team that United play, it's like the old nerves are returning.
Great news on Carrick and Vidic but I would stick with the same group that's been performing so well recently (against those dreadful sides  ). Carrick on the bench if fit will be a huge boost and also a great incentive for the midfield to perform.

No Phil Jones on the bench. I'm a bit worried.

Fabio is there though.

I like the look of that team. Fantastic to see Moyesy keeps his faith into the backline, strong base for the rest of the team to build on. Reckon Rooney will drop deep again and this will be more of a 4-3-3, which looks good to me. Hopefully Young takes his chance, we need all the players to hit top gear now.

Good lineup. Didn't want to see Valencia or Young there. Valencia has been shit at distribution for a while now. Young has been in decent goalscoring form, but I still feel he adds nothing when starting. Good to see Fletcher back in the starting team.

Young and Welbeck starting would usually annoy me but they're in a bit of form and have earned their place.

Worried about Fletcher, big ask for him. Cleverley needs to help him out big time today and not do one of his vanishing routines.

Hopefully Rooney will drop back in the midfield and help out like he did vs. Villa. He was very effective playing from a deeper role.

My immediate instinct was to shout "OMFG WHRE IZ NANI MOYES U DICK", then I took a breather, calmed down, and realized that he's injured. I think I'm maturing.

OMFG I CANT BELIEVE U NOT START KAHGAWA MOYES U COCK

Young starting is a sensible move. He's in a decent bit of form plus Nani is injured and we've got 2 matches in the next week, so it's important not to overburn Adnan at this young age.

Moyes has a plan with two away games in 48 hours and it's likely we will see Carrick-Jones in CM on saturday if Jones is not injured now.

The line-up is quite underwhelming, but after the last few games I'm more optimistic we'll put in a good, high tempo performance. Delighted to see Fletcher start, how incredible would it be if he could come back to something like his best? It's stuff like that which makes United so special, if he was a city player they'd have fecked him off years ago.

Mid-table midfield on display but should be enough to beat Hull. Going for 2-1 us.

Hope Fabio gets some game time today. Moyes must surely realise just how shit buttner is by now.

Jones getting a rest or injured?

With Carrick sub we have enough cover. That's a team picked 3 games in 6 days in mind.

Let's see what Fletcher has to offer then. Looking forward to seeing him post surgery.
