Would love a score draw here, i'd even take a 1-2 defeat as i'd feel much safer going into the 2nd leg with an away goal in the bag.

We played real good football there. How we never scored is beyond me. We are totally in charge and Jose knows it. Very impressive from us. Keep it up lads and the goals will come. Reckon Fergie's gone for height here and it seems to be working.

Just some thoughts, defense looks perfectly at ease for the most part. O'Shea looks scary with some of his passing.
Fletcher I haven't been too impressed with but I guess he's there for the dirty things. Park I thought has played well, good running and crossing- needs to work on the simpler passes.
Berbatov was finally getting into the game a bit. Giggs should of had 2 goals but at least he was there. Ronaldo is doing his best to score but at times needs to pick out the easy pass.
All in all fantastic performance though I fear after halftime Inter will comeback storming after Jose is done with them. Jose does not like and is not used to losing to us.
Get Rooney in there please but not sure who to take him on for. Don't want to mess with what's working... I'm sure Giggs will be the first to go, maybe Park than Berbatov?

What a first half... bar the finishing we were absolutely outstanding. Ronaldo deserves a special mention, he looks like the 2007/08 Ronaldo again. Shame he didn't score so far...

I can't believe we haven't managed to score. We have dominated and played with a brilliant attitude. We can't sacrifice any of the midfield players. If anything, Rooney for Berbatov or Giggs if he tires.

To be fair, they've had a guy who's playing twice this season in their defence and has caused most of our oppertunities. It was a big surprise to see him playing instead of Cordoba, for whatever reason and it seems to have helped shape the tie so far.

As many have said United have done everything but score, and thats what i fear the most. They had a freekick towards the end of the first half and i thought "wouldnt it just be like football if for all our freekicks/possession Inter go in at HT 1 nil up!" And thats how scarey this game can go, i think SAF has got his tactics spot on today but i do fear Inter will have one chance and will somehow take it... That or we could pull a Moscow 08 and be brilliant in the first half and lose our control in the second.
