Inter Milan vs. Manchester United

Ronaldo--------Rooney
------Berbatov-------

charging forward

SAF is winning the tactical battle here with the team he has sent out in the first half. I can't see him changing that much in the second except to bring on Rooney for one of the forwards, gung ho in Europe tends to backfire on us - more of the same second half and an away goal or two must surely come

Best half in Europe this season so far, hope we keep that going.

Juninho's goal is a beauty.

Fantastic half, but lacking the obvious goal(s). If we keep up the pressure though I cant see them holding out - 1 of the free kicks has to sneak in! Then Rooney to come off the bench and seal it in the 85th....

Rio with a couple of nervy touches, needs to settle down a bit, but our midfield esp carrick and fletcher have been awesome. Keep it up!

CUMMON UNITED!!!!!

Inter cant continue like that so they'll have to change their tactics a little at half time. Cant imagine they'll let us get all our own way again in the second half... We need to be more clinical this half, like normal.

To be fair, they've had a guy who's playing twice this season in their defence and has caused most of our oppertunities. It was a big surprise to see him playing instead of Cordoba, for whatever reason and it seems to have helped shape the tie so far.

Rivas has been poor, even worse than when I have seen him in the past. The way he let Giggs get through for his effort on goal was woeful.

fecking amazing half of football. I had almost given up believing that we could actually play like ourselves away from home in Europe. This was fantastic.

We should've score a couple at least. You never know, maybe those missed chances will come back to haunt us come the end.

More of the same and better finishing in the second please.

The problem they have is their down kick balls are being counter run by carrick. If truth be told the flanks must be played central if we're to take the game.

Good luck lads!
