His job is made easier by the infinite money at his disposal, but he has very clearly changed the way those players all play so it suits his style and he deserves to be commended for that.
I agree with your second statement but I don't think he has infinite amounts of money, otherwise we'd have signed Sanchez and wouldn't have squabbled over a couple of million for Johnny Evans as the team that started on Saturday only contained 2 of the summer signings, Walker and Ederson. I just think that the likes of Sane, Sterling, Jesus and KDB have now improved and now know what is expected every game and with the addition of Walker that he can get the team to play to how he wants to play whereas last season he was hamstrung with the likes of Jesus Navas and Clichy and a goalkeeper who was as much use as a hologram.
