IS this something they've done in training? Is there any kind of understanding between Rio and Keane? <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />
 
Don't worry, we'll pick up the point we need later on, but for tonight we're letting Juventus get through to the Quarters as well.
 
Clearly this thread is a new record for longest match thread before the match actually started. <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

OK but if we're trashed it's not good for us, particularly as we don't play very well at the time. Don't forget the game will be showned everywhere. I fear the worst. Sometimes a sound beating is whats required to return the fight to the team. But if/when we lose tonight we'll have ready made excuses of resting players and experimenting with formation etc. so what I'd be worried by is losing heavily and then meekly accepting it and not caring about it. Having said that 0-0 or 1-1 wouldn't surprise me, considering our midfield.

I was just thinking that; it sounds crazy, but maybe Fergie was worried that a loss could throw them off for Sunday, and this way no matter what happens any problems can be blamed on the experimentation.

On Canal Plus we had the choice between Juventus-United or Real-Dortmund (we could vote). Juventus-United has been chosen by 65% of voters. :D Real will be shown on another channel (but on a satellite channel).
