What a disgusting looking jerseys. For that alone Barcelona should be booted to second league.

But, failure on Tuesday also acceptable.
 
Thanks to the head to head advantage, if Atletico win, Barca will remain 4 games ahead of them with 6 to play. That's a pretty great position to be in. If Madrid win their game, it's effectively the same gap. Good work.

They have their future planned out in pretty much every position, only missing a young striker like Jovic. Obviously not all of those players will work out and be starting 7/8 years from now but it's as good of a young group of players as any club can wish for.
 
Celta have played alright here, Boufal actually pretty influential although final ball of course lacking.

Brilliant FK by Greizmann though. Atletico just playing the season out really.

He needs to bulk up a lot and gain explosiveness and strength, right now he looks like a kid playing amongst men, and he's 19 y/o, genetics won't help him, just hard work.

Not only he's not fast enough to this level, he gets pushed around by any rival and he probably doesn't have the stamina to be a defensive asset in our midfield, we can't afford the luxury of having another player like Messi, not participating in the press or without a decent amount of defensive work.

Chukwueze going to be a must have player for major prem teams in next 12 months I reckon, so impressed with him.

They've played a lot of Monday matches this season. Feels like Athletic have got a number of them. It's usually 1x Friday, 4x Saturday, 4x Sunday and 1x Monday so that no two games run into each other.
 
Madrid again really bad. The players are justifying those who ask for a large cleaning in summer.
Even Zidane - although respecting and encouraging the team at press conferences - leaves the doors open to almost everyone.
He already said that Llorente should look for a new team to get minutes, and with others, like Isco or Kroos He said something like "they are very good, but we'll see at the end of the season".
 
I think it is not until the 2019-2020 season that real marid has the opportunity to return to champions league.

There are still 6 rounds left in the league, Barcelona is 9 points ahead of Atletico Madrid, basically locking the championship! Messi also locked the La Liga Golden Boots, just to see if you can get European Golden Boots!
 
after rather boring day in EPL, we deserve some magic from Messi tonight. Busq rested, Vidal will play instead along Rakitic and Arthur. Messi, Suarez and Dembele all start and Semedo returns to first 11. Sociedad is without Januzaj.

so much for magic, Barca are basically resting here. the game needs Sociedad to score somehow.
