If he played in England at some point (having played in Scotland before or after, for example), he still is eligible, right? It doesn't disqualify him, you just need for him to play in non-english UK?

I assume so, having in mind the Hansen pick. Practically you have Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish pool who were born in those three countries

Stob is probably one of the most obvious. I forgot to add there always has to be at least one Eastern European player, even if you run a Polynesian draft he will at least find one player of Eastern European descent.

You have some well known favourites, but your tell is more about doing something not at all straightforward with your forwards. Like playing Walter Gómez as an attacking midfielder :p
