Saha needs to come on. We need his ability to take on players as well as hold the ball up
 
We've had some great spells but can't keep enough possession. Sir Alex needs to sort them out at half time.

Ronaldo would have made Riise and Agger look like muppets if it wasn't for Carragher.
 
HT: Not a bad game, both sides hade half decent chances. Will be an interesting 2nd half.

Larsson's been a bit quiet while Vidic looked a bit shaky. Scholes and Carrick need to start to control the game. Ronaldo's been dangerous at times.

Our movement has been very good at times, we need more from that. 0-0 isnt that bad so far
 
We have a great defensive foursome and a great goalkeeper.

They have weathered the storm, and we have had moments of good passing.

Second half we need to nick a goal and take the spirit out of Liverpool.

He even gave them another couple of minutes for no apparent reason, during which they could attack all they want, knowing he'd blow up if there was any chance of us counter attacking

We play beautiful football at times, but hell.. can Ronaldo be more egoistic? Everytime he passes they feck up the chance, GO ON FOR YOURSELF FOR ONCE!

Scholes is amazing as always. Giggs is invisible and Rooney should raise his game. Vidic shaky and Evra lacks interest.
 
We've got to get our final ball right. We've opened up Liverpool a few times but poor decision making and a poor final ball isn't helping.

Plus Rio should stick with Bellamy as Vidic doesn't look like he can handle Bellamy's pace.

Vidic has been so fecking poor today that I would consider putting Silvestre on for him if I was Fergie. Horrible performance.
 
We need Saha on, theres no physical strength up the pitch and we've got no aerial threat.

The red has been utter tripe, giving Liverpool so many soft fouls and giving us nothing in return. Wtf was Carricks yellow about!?!
 
I feel Heinze will come on the left side
Vidic looks unsteady as does Evra - all there attacks are coming from that side
On the plus, we look really good when we have possession - Carragher saved them twice from Ronnie and Rooney
Even game, they have had chances, but they are getting far too much possession for my liking

I think United have played pretty well. They've come under some pressure from hight balls into the box from Liverpool, but that was always going to happen. We've had some good moments on the break but we either mess up the final ball or a Liverpool player gets in a good last ditch tackle.

It looks like a game that may be decided with one goal.
