Liverpool Vs Manchester United

Why has everyone suddenly decided that Anderson will be our saviour? I love him, but the only time he's played well in a big game was when he was paired alongside Hargreaves.

Evra looks worryingly nervous after the yellow card. I think Nev will replace him and oshea will play on left instead if this continues.

Valencia is crucial in second half. Need to put in some dangerous crosses.

So would I be with this referee! Who knows what he will see deserving of a yellow card next...

Of course Liverpool are winning he midfield battle - they're playing two additional defenders who's job is to foul and harass. United would probably be dominating if Fletcher was fit and Anderson started next to him.

Get a goal and Rafa will be forced to take off one of his additional defenders which will allow United room to breathe.

Carricks been decent, if he had Anderson next to him he'd be even better.

We'd be in danger of getting completely overrun in midfield if we're already getting overrun to an extent in midfield without Anderson.

He will give us energy. I'm not convinced with SCholes-Carrick either, they were fantastic when we had the pace and power of Ronaldo. We need some harrowing of our own in central midfield because Lucas is running blindly and it's unsettling us.

Sometimes I'm unsure as to whether Berbatov looks up before passing the ball.

Evra uses his pace to make up for a lack a position. Liverpool corner
