Liverpool vs. Manchester United

Not really sure how this one will go. Liverpool have been looking very poor as of late, but they always seem to be up for the big games, especially when it's against us.

Strong team but don't think we'll risk Rooney for this one - no point. Stoke on Tuesday is more important.

I think it will be Berbatov & Welbeck up front and Chicharito to use pace coming off the bench against a team who already played a gruelling match this week.

Don't know who will play left wing is all.

i would think berba-hernandez may get the nod for the front two position

nah, not with Welbs' current form - handy sub though, Hernandez

One thing you can bet, the line-up won't be what we're all predicting.

If Evra plays, hope he winds the crowd like this again.

Nerves have got me up very early. What's everyone's pre match rituals?

You can not be serious, no matter the situation a game against stoke is never more important than putting the deluded rat eating skip lickers in their place.

Im feeling the nerves already, going to get some shopping this morning so that will pass some time. Other than that just arse around on the caf waiting until kick off. I reckon a scoreline of

Liverpool 0-1 United

Id take that, hopefully from a wrongly awarded penalty in the 98th minute of added time and scored by mr evra

For the sake of the game, and to restore a bit of faith in English football, I really hope the papers are talking about the game tomorrow and not the supporters.

Unfortunately, it's almost inevitable that Liverpool fans are going to fill Anfield with hatred for a man who's, as said, only crime is reporting racial abuse. It will be quite a damning display I fear.

But, if Kenny couldn't behave responsibly, with tact and sensitivity, how can he expect the supporters to? The only reason it's the main talking point is through the club's actions.

Links to streams via my homepage as per usual (actual streams will start to appear at about 12 gmt).

Hard to tell what will happen with the injuries we have

Please no berbatov though - useless away from home

his recent quotes haven't been much better. Maybe I'm being too negative on the guy and I don't have his latest comments to hand but it was more or less " we've done all we can, as a club but we can't take any responsibility for how the fans react". If that's not a cop-out, esp after his previous. I mean, like they've really made an effort to defuse the situation. Utter arsehole.

Expect the 'we're not racists, we only hate Mancs' song by the scouse.

Hope we reply with:

'It's never your fault,
It's never your fault,
You always scream justice,
but it's never your fault!'

Bring on the bastards!

Stolen from city yea, but it was a good retort.

Same, this is ridiculously early for me on a Saturday.

Honestly think it's the Evra issue more than anything - even the strongest character would struggle in the circumstances, especially if he gets the abuse we now expect him to for reporting racist comments. While many will boo Evra I think a number at Anfield will realise what they are doing and how awful it looks on them (if they are caught by Sky cameras) and their club... I never thought in 2012 we'd see an FA Cup match where a match full of mostly white supporters would boo and abuse a player simply because he reported racist abuse.

Watching the two managers speak in press conferences yesterday fills me with confidence though. Fergie looked healthy, happy and in good form, joking that a replay would really get the FA going. Kenny looks tense as feck as usual and reluctant to give away anything, nice to see that league cup semi cup final win didn't cheer him up for long.

I really hope this internet rumour about Utd fans bringing in Pillowcases with holes cut out for the eyes (ala KKK) are just that. Bullshit rumours. Such actions would really let the club down!

It was started by Andy@Allerton on RAWK, so I think we can rest assured it is.

I'm not sure SAF we'll play the best team available today. Much like Arsenal last season.

Looking at Liverpool's FA Cup "runs" in the last 5 years, they've been rubbish! Please let the run continue.
