We were never in for Mata, couldn't afford him. Were you in for Salah to improve your first 11?
Don't know, don't care. It doesn't mata now.
I'll just have to get over the shame of signing him.

QuotedI'll give £20 to the Caf if Liverpool finish above United.
Fairs fair them feckers did sell you Torres. We let you have Mata, we let Liverpool have Moses. Seems fair.

Maybe the wound has healed from us gifting you Veron.

Cheers lads.We let you have Mata, we let Liverpool have Moses. Seems fair.
Nobody mention Meirelles ...... OopsAnd Sturridge. Even with Moses they've done very well from our transfer stupidity to be fair.
You got Meireles from them to be fair...And Sturridge. Even with Moses they've done very well from our transfer stupidity to be fair.

If Liverpool don't surely?
Cheers lads.
With selling us Mata and signing Salah from under the scouser's nose we'll owe Chelsea a lot if we get top four.

Yea well they still need a striker...Chelsea have helped us out more often than not in recent years. Danny is better than any player they've taken from under our noses.
Lets face it sunshine, 'not' drastically improving is an option you don't have.
agent Jose.
He really does love us.....
Or maybe he sees Rodgers more of a long-term threat/rival than Moyes.
That's not true at all, 6 points is our difference to a fourth placed side that's been surprising to say the least, United on the other hand have it's main strike force in the stands (for now) they look to have brought in one of the leagues best players and have stuttered terribly. A small improvement and any slip in surprisingly good form from above and that gap will reverse in no time at all and the rocks from which certain tards have crawled will once again be habitated.
No just everywhere else and I include your goalkeeper in that.
All David Moyes needs to do is finish above Liverpool and he's been doing that for years.
Like I said its 6 points hardly takes a huge run of bad form to lose that.
None of Liverpool, Everton and Spurs are title challengers. Therefore the definition of 'slip up' is different in this context. They will all drop points, it's just a case of us making sure we drop the last points. It's not just them though is it. We'd need Everton and Spurs to have a similar bad run. One of them I can see slipping up, maybe even two but all three? That's highly unlikely. Just adds to the legend of us liking to do things the hard way.
What about our record against them this season? Even worse!Liverpool record under Rodgers against Arsenal,Chelsea,City,United,Everton,Spurs.
P19 W3 D8 L7
So out of a total of 57 points against the top 6 teams he has got 17. They will drop plenty of points in the run in against the better teams.

We need to make up 6 points with 16 games to play. It's not "highly unlikely".

I'd have been a lot lot more concerned if the teams we had to catch up were City or Chelsea.
What was last prediction, again?I'd give you no more than a 10% chance, especially with Moyes at the helm and your needing all 3 teams above you to do worse than you.
In any case, given a comparative goal difference of +16 in Liverpool's favour you currently need to make up 7 points to actually over-take them.

I guess it's somethig like 0%/0%/90% given it's Glaston.What % do you give to Everton/Liverpool/Spurs?
